"Good service "

"We really liked our room and the hotel. The major issue is the hotel is under construction and I was not aware of the work being done when I booked the reservation. Saturday morning we were disturbed at 7:30 by a lot of construction noise from the third floor (we were on the second floor). Staff was wonderful checking in as well as the staff at breakfast. Once construction is gone, access into the hotel should be easier as well as no noise."

We grew up close by, and skied Berkshire East, so it was fun to revisit the area. The host was happy to share her local knowledge and more than accommodating.
