"Had a great stay. Won some money. FYI. If you stay. Definitely have valet park your vehicle. It is a long walk to the parking garage from motel room. Definitely will be back. Don’t touch the drinks n your mini fridge unless you want to pay for them. I mean DONT touch them. lol. "

" Great Stay with a Few Minor Issues I had a great stay at Hollywood Casino Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing—definitely a highlight of the room. The location is also convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the People Mover. On the downside, our remote was broken, and it took two phone calls and a long wait to get it replaced. Additionally, the VIP benefits didn’t feel very special, and I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room upgrade. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would stay again, but I hope to see improvements in service and VIP perks."
