"We were under the impression when we booked that it was a house. However it was a duplex and we had both sides. It worked out fine was just a little disappointing we weren’t all under one roof. The manager was quick to respond to any messages and very helpful. The lake is beautiful and we woke up with ducks and geese right out the back door. We will definitely be booking again in the future."

"We had a perfect stay at the perfect Riverfront cabin. The cabin lived up to every detail of its listing and was perfect for our family getaway with the grand baby. We had everything we needed, and were extremely comfortable. We fished from the bank, and in the river, and played in the expansive yard. We went into town for a day, and explored as well. The cave was a fun adventure. So much to do so near the cabin, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. All the comforts of home...

"We really liked being so close to the White River. Our son could just walk down and fish anytime he wanted to. The only issues were the strange infestation of ladybugs when we arrived and the seven or eight wasps in the screened-in porch. We took care of those with some spray. Also, we had trouble getting Hulu on the TV, but we were trying to get away from it all anyway. We would definitely go there again!"

"The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return."

"Wonderful stay in a quiet, river front neighborhood with husband and daughter’s family. The house was just as listed, clean and with all of the amenities needed. Clean, with comfortable beds. Very conveniently located to downtown and parks. Wonderful view of the Spring River where we saw ducks, heron and an osprey. Great communication with the owner. A great experience. "

"overall, very good. when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. the owner was quick to respond and got the crew there within half an hour. i feel the cleaning crew rushed the job. otherwise, it was a great stay."
