I stayed in a single twin mattress room. It's small and narrow, but just fine for one person. Appliances were new, the room was clean, and proximity to S-Bahn and U-Bahn is very nice. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We were looking for an affordable hotel for one night that was close to the train station. This hotel worked out, but it was farther than I expected- about 1 mile. It was a clean and reasonably comfortable hotel.

Below Average customer service
It is a recently renovated hotel, clean and comfortable. However, they do not have enough staff and as a result, the service levels are well below an acceptable level. There was no kettle in the room and had to ask a couple of times to get it. The breakfast is a well-below acceptable standard. There is no buffet-style breakfast and instead, you have to request the staff for coffee to toast to everything. With only one staff serving many customers, it was frustrating to get the breakfast.

Alles in allem wirklich gute Unterkunft. Neue und moderne Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Bahnstation hört man kein Verkehr. Lediglich das Frühstück könnte besser sein (vielfältiger, weniger TK Ware wünschenswert)

Nachdem die ersten beiden mir zugewiesenen Einzelzimmer keinen funktionsfahigen Fernseher hatten, bekam ich ein Upgrade auf ein schönes großes Doppelzimmer. Lage des Hotels direkt an Tram- und S-Bahn, daher sehr gut vom HBF erreichbar. Überschaubare Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber sehr gutes Rührei. War mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
