The reception didn't work at all, I'd never seen anyone there during my entire stay. Cleaning the room was only once during the whole stay, I had to buy toilet paper myself. There's nothing in the lobby at all, a complete void.

Zuerst zum positivem das Hotelzimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir das es Nachts sehr laut war (Hellhörig, Lärm von Außen) also habe mir dann einfach Ohrstöpsel besorgt. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und hab dementsprechend mit einem 1,80m Bett gerechnet es handelte sich aber nur um ein 1,40m Bett womit ich aber leben kann. Was mich am meisten gestört hat war der Check in und die nicht besetzte Rezeption. Der Check in lief Telefonisch ab nach einigem hin und her hatte ich dann ein Zimmer allerdings war die Rezeption die anderen beiden Tage selbst tagsüber nicht besetzt. Also konnten wir bspw das Internet nicht nutzen.Im Großen und ganzen hatte ich aber wenn man den Preis in Betracht zieht ein schönes Wochenende in Frankfurt.

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass Sauberkeit sehr klein geschrieben wird, die Zimmer auf den Bildern nicht im Zimmer in Realität entsprechen und auch keine am Empfang ist, wenn man abends (18:00 Uhr) ein checkt an den, man hätte sich wenden können.

Checkin um 18 hr über eine Tel-Nr. Schlüssel per Code aus Safebox geholt. Unkompliziert. Zimmer klein, aber sauber und modern. Zimmer 1. Stock zur Strasse über Eisdiele. Noch lange Trubel und Lautstärke von der Strasse. Alles in allrm Top Preis Leistung!

Definitely 5 stars!!!
It's definitely 5 stars from me considering the price paid. It's super clean, everything is completely new and the staff is really nice and helpful. It's also located just by the S-train and not far from supermarkets and cafes etc. It's only one stop from the central station and seems like a safe and pleasant area. I've read some reviews complaining about the fact that the front door is sometimes unlocked after the reception is closed, but this is because guests leave it open. There is a sign telling everyone to please lock the door. Maybe a video clip would help? 😉

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Es ist nicht luxuriös, aber das erwartet man hier auch nicht. Für Geschäftsreisende und Kurztrips sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist exzellent.

Die Unterkunft macht einen enttäuschenden Eindruck. Viele Sachen wurde nicht sachgemäß saniert (z.B. offene Stromkabel im Bad, fehlende Türschwelle). Darüber hinaus ist die Unterkunft an warmen Tage nicht zu gebrauche. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Daher muss man die Fenster offen haben, wodurch der gesamte Lärm der Galluswarte die halbe Nacht stört.

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine Reservierung für ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Badezimmer vorgenommen. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir jedoch fest, dass das zugewiesene Zimmer nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein Zimmer, mit zwei Einzelbetten und Gemeinschaftsbad im Dachgeschoss und tropischen Wetterverhältnissen. Diese Situation war für uns äußerst enttäuschend und unhaltbar, da wir speziell ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Badezimmer gebucht hatten, um einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Bedauerlicherweise konnten wir aufgrund der Diskrepanz zwischen den gebuchten Annehmlichkeiten und der tatsächlichen Bereitstellung nicht in diesem Hotel bleiben. Aus diesem Grund waren wir gezwungen, alternative Unterkünfte anderswo zu suchen, was zusätzliche Kosten und Unannehmlichkeiten während unserer Reise verursacht hat.
