This hotel is not in a central location (its about a 15 minute drive from the airport) but fine to get to if you have a car and need a place to stay overnight when you have an early flight the next day. There is no lift, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. There isn’t much around in terms of eating other than a McDonalds and a Balkan restaurant that has newly opened.
Hotel receptionist Mr. Sharif refused to give us a room even though we arrived very late close to midnight & were exhausted after a long drive on the road. Their excuse was that the hotel system broke down even though room keys are available at the reception. He said we have to wait for an hour or more before he can check us in. This is nightmare with this hotel, the receptionist gave us a bad impression and we will never recommend anyone to come to this hotel.
We thank the Expedia team for their support to help us cancel the stay with this hotel last minute & get us a new hotel in a short time at no additional cost. This is total customer satisfaction!
A good nights sleep as we drove across Europe. Though the local area is basic with no good restaurants close by. MacDonalds or a basic pizza place is all there is unless you walk into the town.
The hotel was good overall. However, we were there in the heat of summer, and the A/C was not adequate...the thermostat would not accept a desired temperature under 25C. US travelers should also note that it is in a mixed-use neighborhood which is not unusual for European budget hotels, but seems a bit weird to us. Conveniently located just steps from two grocery stores and a McDonalds.
Fantastic hotel. Very reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Evening duty manager was excellent and very helpful. Location not so good if you have business in town but for an overnight stop, it suited us perfectly. Plenty of restairants in walking or driving distance, too. We ate at Ess:Zimmer, a couple of minutrs drive. Simple cuisine but again, fine for us.
If I return to Frankfurt, I'll happily stay at the Premiere Classe again.
Very good parking and very clean. The bathroom has sink separated from shower and toilet. Modern and quaint

Good Hotel for a night or two
Overall a good experience at the hotel. Rooms were clean and perfect for couples. Only thing is , you need a car to commute around which we didn't have so the walk to public transport can be painful at times.
Found it to be a bit out of the way. Approximately 20 mins from the airport and a 40 Euro cab ride each way. When you factor than in you don't save that much. Airport hotel maybe a bit more expensive for the room but they offer a shuttle at 10 Euro pp.
Do not Stay on the Third floor if you do not smoke
Check-In was easy and expeditious. First assigned room on the third floor had a very very strong cigarette smell. Asked reception for a second room. Was assigned to another room on the third floor. Same issue, very strong cigarette smell. Asked reception for a new room, was told they did not have more rooms available. I had to sleep with the windows open for two nights.
Newer building, rooms are very clean, queen size bed is a single unit unlike others where two small beds are placed next to each other, rooms are a bit small. Have to remind front office to ask cleaning staff to not disturb you.

Great place to stay if on a. Business trip and all you need is a place to sleep.
This is a very friendly, enjoyable hotel albeit compact and space efficient. Nicely designed, modern and clean. I enjoyed the stay and was made to feel at home during my 4 day stay.

Convenient and clean budget hotel.
The hotel is close to Frankfurt Airport if you have a car. It is a clean and comfortable budget hotel. The staff were efficient.
Arrived late evening and desk person was smoking at the front reception desk. We were given a room on the second floor, unfortunately there were no elevators and no offer to assist with luggage. Room was very small-- we were only there about 9 hours before leaving for a flught. Price was right for convenience of airport about 20-25 minutes sway.
Important! There is no elevator to this hotel. My room was on the 4th floor and I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. I have a bad back. No offer to help at all.
Hotel is clean. Washroom sink is awkwardly tight. Room is tight in general.
Limited parking spaces. Likely enough for all guests in small hotel except when 2 large trucks decide to park in the tiny lot taking up over half the spaces. A few spots on the street as well. Had to park in McDonald's at risk of getting towed.
McDonald's open til 2 am located next door is convenient for a late night bite.
