Its true with the address of the Hotel it is not correct. Our room waa Good. Only that the rugs on the 5th floor was with stains. But when we talk about Customer service i will give 👏 to all the Staff from the front desk specially to Seweyn whom gave us all the information where we can visit and good food.

The room was fine, but the staff was kinda rude and the hotel was basic. Biggest problem was finding it. Maybe it changed hands, changed names, but our map apps couldn’t find it. Neither could our taxi driver. And there are apparently several other premier hotels. And it was nowhere near the train station. Closer to a 30 min walk. We only booked it because we needed to be near the station.

The hotel is very clean and staffs are really helpful. Breakfast is good and complete. It's a walking distance to main train station. The only problem the hotel doesn't provide Kettle and there is no bottle water in room except the first day, there is a complementary tiny bottle water. So everynight I have to go down to the lobby to BUY the water. This is very inconvenient! Besides of this, overall is good.

Nice hotel, well located for the Messe
I switched to this hotel after staying in another, terrible place - and it was an oasis! Clean, comfortable room with controllable heat and a/c, excellent internet connectivity and a decent breakfast. The location is good; a very short walk to the Frankfurt messe and hauptbahnhof, and a 10 minute tram ride into the altstadt. Definitely well recommended.

We are a bit disappointed with our stay. We had some trouble with the staff. On our first day while we were napping off the jet lag, someone from housekeeping walked into our room (without any warning, they did not knock). After spealing with the person at the front desk, we were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. The next day, again housekeeping entered our room while we were out, despite having left the "do not clean our room" sign on the the door. Upon check out, the front desk agent tried to charge us for the complimentary breakfast we were offered. Although the room and location were fine, we were left disappointed with the overall experience due to the above mentioned problems.

Can't complain!
Great room for the price. Very close to the main station. The surrounding area can get a bit interesting at night, but it still felt mostly safe. The family room was huge and it had nice amenities.
