Can't complain!
Great room for the price. Very close to the main station. The surrounding area can get a bit interesting at night, but it still felt mostly safe. The family room was huge and it had nice amenities.

Nice hotel, well located for the Messe
I switched to this hotel after staying in another, terrible place - and it was an oasis! Clean, comfortable room with controllable heat and a/c, excellent internet connectivity and a decent breakfast. The location is good; a very short walk to the Frankfurt messe and hauptbahnhof, and a 10 minute tram ride into the altstadt. Definitely well recommended.

Our fridge did not work. Separate seating area which was in the room description was non-existing. There was a swarm of lies in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very clean and staffs are really helpful. Breakfast is good and complete. It's a walking distance to main train station. The only problem the hotel doesn't provide Kettle and there is no bottle water in room except the first day, there is a complementary tiny bottle water. So everynight I have to go down to the lobby to BUY the water. This is very inconvenient! Besides of this, overall is good.

We are a bit disappointed with our stay. We had some trouble with the staff. On our first day while we were napping off the jet lag, someone from housekeeping walked into our room (without any warning, they did not knock). After spealing with the person at the front desk, we were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. The next day, again housekeeping entered our room while we were out, despite having left the "do not clean our room" sign on the the door. Upon check out, the front desk agent tried to charge us for the complimentary breakfast we were offered. Although the room and location were fine, we were left disappointed with the overall experience due to the above mentioned problems.

늦은 저녁 체크인 후 익일 아침 조식 후 체크아웃하였는데, 사용하는데 불편함은 없었음. 조식도 좋았음. 다만 프랑크푸르트 중앙역에서 숙소까지 도보 이동 시 거리가 어둡고 사람이 없어 약간 무서움. 가족들과 이용은 어렵겠지만 비즈니스 출장 시 이용 시 가성비 좋음.
