Cut our stay short as the dining facilities were very poor. Breakfast was average, no evening meal options available and in some occasions the kitchen closed early. Staff were not very friendly or helpful.

We had to change to this hotel because of a defective air conditioning system in the previous hotel at over 30 degrees Celsius. In this hotel, I received a friendly welcome, was allowed to see the room before checking in and the air conditioning was great. We were able to enjoy the weekend with a cool room.

The place needs a lot of work .. the beds are Like stone , the shower head is placed super awkward with extremely light water pressure so your there for along time to rinse your hair .. the Spa wasn’t open , they should take it down from the website.. also it isn’t a spa .. it’s a wood steaming area … The food selection wasn’t good , the buffet for 16€ was a FREAKN joke .. the watery scramble eggs with floating weiners in a bath of hot water , cheese that has been in the air for way to long , terrible selection… my heart was broken But good things around to get food and drinks in walking distance and also a beautiful park area with lots of nature and water … so it was ok . The safe was kind and helpful so that is also a plus

Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist grauenhaft, sonstige Parkplätze sind mager. Gänge schmutzig. Ventilator im Bad kühlt von der Lautstärke her ganze Rechenzentren.

Die Bilder des Hotels wirken wie eine glänzende Fassade, doch bei persönlicher Begegnung entpuppte sich der Ort als ein Gebäude, dessen wahre Beschaffenheit hinter einem trägerischen Schein verborgen lag. Die Klimaanlage & der Heizung funktionieren nicht. Ich habe eine Erkältung bekommen. Der Fernseher funktioniert auch nicht. Alles verstaubt und schmutzig. Pension Niveau. Abgesehen davon kostet eine halbe Liter Wasser 5€. Nie wieder!!!

Das Zimmer/Bad war sauber mit sehr bequemem Bett und ausreichend gross. Rezeptionspersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe vom Hotel gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig entfernt. Per S-Bahn/Bus ist das Hotel vom Flughafen in ca 30 Min gut zu erreichen.

Ein Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption war zu Neugirig, hat zu Persönlichkeiten gefragt. Hat mir Persönlich nicht gefallen. Ich habe in anderen Hotels so was nicht erlebt. An der Rezeption arbeiten komische Leute. Ich habe mich schlecht gefühlt letztes Mal. Das Zimmer ist ok, aber die Mittarbeiter müssen noch viel lernen mit den Kunden umzugehen. So geht es nicht mehr weiter. Ist einfach unangenehm. Ich hoffe das es besser wird. Man fühlt sich wie ein Verbrecher. Ich hoffe das es etwas endet. Ich bezahle mein Zimmer und ich will meine Ruhe haben. Danke.

Prima hotel, vlakbij de snelweg, dus uitstekend voor 1 nachtje als tussenstop. We hadden een mooie grote kamer met heerlijke bedden. De badkamer was niet optimaal gepoetst, we hadden vieze glazen staan en op t balkon nog een leeg blikje bier. Dit was jammer. Maar voor een last minute (€65) meer dan goed voor ons.

Abenteuer Flüchtlingsunterkunft
Wenn man gerne mal in einer Flüchtlingsunterkunft übernachten möchte, dann ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer uralt, abgewohnt und nicht gerade sauber. Die Flure stinken und der Teppich ist total versifft. Beim Frühstück gab es vegetarische/vegane Aufstriche, was sehr positiv gewesen wäre, wenn diese nicht geschimmelt hätten!!! Ekelhaft! Die Bilder bei hotels.com sind definitiv bearbeitet und/oder sehr alt! Es war bis vor einigen Jahren auch noch ein Mercure Hotel. Die haben es wahrscheinlich abgestoßen um sich die Renovierungskosten zu sparen! Dementsprechend einfach nicht zu empfehlen.
