"The place was great for what was needed — I was traveling back to Central Kentucky to spend Thanksgiving with family. Was able to use the kitchen for cooking full meal and have room to visit with family — the grounds were great and gave ample space to quietly reflect in the middle of horse country."

"The house was even better than the pictures! The game room area was perfect for our family, even though it was in the 20-30’s outside they had overhead heaters to warm ya up! The bunk-beds were a huge hit for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need and then some! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms - which was a great surprise!!We will definitely stay here again when we come visit family. "

Every amenity that you haven’t thought of, the host has it covered. "We loved our stay at cottage. The location was perfect to visit the distilleries we wanted see. The property is beautiful and quiet. So much outdoor space to enjoy. The cottage was just perfect!! We will be back. "

"We drove 7 hours and were met with a locked gate. We booked this house way in advance and recieved a confirmation letter with the address. When we arrived we couldn't get in, nor could we get ahold of anyone. We were stuck on the side of the road for over 2 hours trying to find a place to stay. "

"Location was as expected as we knew the area. It’s on a farm and has outdoor space for kids to run around. The basement has the air hockey and billiards, but the pictures appeared it was more finished. House was accommodating and had enough space for the time we were not visiting family. The house had a sulfur smell that was a bit overwhelming when entering each time. Overall was fine and as expected for a farm house."

"Came down for a short weekend to hit the trail. Stay is close to everything. Communication was quick and easy. House is so cute and has everything you need! Only tip is since the house is older outlets are scarce so bring a power cord but thats just a suggestion not a complqiny! "

"Our stay in Frankfort was amazing and this penthouse was one of the primary reasons! It very easily and comfortably accommodated 10 women who were gathering from all over the country to celebrate a sweet friend. We spent time around the fire eating, drinking, and laughing and could not have asked for a better accommodation. We will be back! "

"This place was great! The house is exactly as described on line. I’m handicapped and worked really well for my needs. Parking is right next to the house. There’s one 3 inch step onto the front porch and one 3 inch step into the house. The bathrooms are both low level and easily accessible. Bedroom s were large with smart TVS. The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. There’s a dining room with table and another table near the kitchen counter. The owners did an outstanding job communicating with us and the stay could not have been better. We will be back!!Bob"
