Perched in a wooded corner of the Villages of Clearwater, this dog-friendly 2-bedroom, 2 full bath cottage is the perfect haven for a delightful vacation retreat with easy access to everything. Be sure to take advantage of access to the community pool and pickleball/tennis courts, or take a walk around the quaint, quiet neighborhoods. The charming towns of Bethany Beach and Rehoboth are just a short drive away, and the bustling boardwalk of Ocean City, MD in less than 30 minutes from the cottage.
Every space in The Beach Treehouse is set up for making vacation memories. The large, cozy sofa in the living room is perfect for napping after the beach or snuggling up and streaming a movie on the 65 inch LCD Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the kitchen island or in the charming dining area. Open, connected spaces allow you and your loved ones to chat and interact while doing separate activities.
Two special spaces in the cottage allow you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without worry about weather or bugs. Bring your cup of coffee or glass of wine out to the covered, screened-in front porch complete with ceiling fan and luxurious armchairs, and watch the hummingbirds. The four-season sunroom in the back of the house is the perfect spot to read, do a puzzle, stream a show on the flat-screen TV, or just enjoy the wind chimes and bird songs.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the sunroom has a pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms offer dressers and closet space so you can settle in for your stay. The main bathroom off the central space includes a shower/tub combo, blow dryer, and stacked washer and dryer. Make sure to enjoy at least one post-beach rinse in the outdoor shower downstairs - one of lifes simple pleasures!
The Beach Treehouse comes with beach chairs and toys for use during your stay. Use the two complimentary kayaks to explore the nearby waterways (please note that kayaks need to be transported by car; The Beach Treehouse does not have direct water access).
