"Went down for breakfast at 10:19 a.m and asked to have breakfast. Breakfast closes at 10:30. The lady said breakfast was finished and I said at 10:30. The manager MulakI said we didn't pay for breakfast. I explained because of our trains we arrived after 10 p.m. the night before and the gentleman had to give us the code to the building and our room over the phone. Wonderful staff and great rooms

"Wonderful stay. The staff were able to secure us an early check-in free of charge. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is €17 Euros which is very affordable for the city. The staff were even kind enough to hold our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city before our train left without trouble. Will absolutely stay here again if back in Heidelberg."
