"Overall the hotel was good. Naples can be a bit sketchy, but the hotel was situated in a safe (and clean) area with a great view. Staff were great, and the included breakfast was good. The floor in our room felt a bit sticky so that wasn't the best, but otherwise the room was fairly clean and had everything we needed."

"This hotel surprised me. I am an interior designer from the states so I have high standards for interiors but had intended on staying at this property out of convenience. I booked it last minute due to its proximity to the train station and port. The lobby is tastefully done, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in recommending dinner options. Check in process was a breeze and I was very pleased with the room accommodations, size, and bathroom. It’s not in the greatest area...

"Lovely central hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Behind door of bathroom a little dirty, and tea making facilities would have been nice. Although facing the noisy square, room was well sound proofed and essentially quiet. Would stay again. Bed v comfy! "
