"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. "Great arrival with friendly and helpful reception staff. Sea view room with balcony exceeded expectations, the gentle sound of the waves crashing in the beach was heavenly. Amazing shower, like a vertical jacuzzi so powerful with multiple jets. "The door closing is noisy and might be added for soft closing. Also, the shower curtains are too close to the body to have a nice shower. I would highly recommend changing the shower curtain rack to c-chape to have a comfortable shower. "

"Lovely staff and good food with all inclusive menu. Great pool with slides and lots of space. Easy walking distance to town and beach"

"Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."

"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. There was no controls for the AC, so the room was always stuffy had to open the windows at night which the mosquitos took as invite to hangout. The main outdoor restaurant was mediocre not...
