"We enjoyed our visit. The only reason that we gave a four star instead of a five star is that we had to move curtains around to have some darkness in the bedroom. There was a light that would go on and off, which was worse than constantly too much light. We took the drapes from the third bedroom and used them to try to block some light, and we put them back before we left. We also attempted to close the curtains behind the bed which had a big gap. "Place was great! Roomy, comfortable, we felt so welcome! Took my dog for a nice walk around the area in the morning and the country roads were safe and well maintained for a walk. "

The political signs were a bit aggressive, not the most welcoming entrance for a getaway. But once past those surface-level experiences the apartment is very beautiful with gorgeous views."

"We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"Very nice clean apartment. The only disadvantage is this is a second floor apartment and it is not listed anywhere that you have to travel upstairs to get to the apartment. This became a challenge for my elderly parents. Thankfully we were only staying one night, but getting them up and down the stairs was not easy. Otherwise the apartment was fine. Had everything we needed for the night. "
