It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather. "The view on sea was unique! We were gifted by Stefania, so she gave us a seaview room. The room is very clean and everything is ok but a refurbishment could be an option. Breakfast is ok, staff is lovely, it is clean and the place is wonderful!"

"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "

"This little hotel is a gem! Nicely renovated with a modern Italian touch, it's right by the beach and you can have a view of the Adriatic Sea from your room if you'd like. I highly recommend it! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very courteous and happy! Would go back in a heartbeat."
