Independent house just finished building, with 800 square meters. of garden surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area reachable only on foot through the historic center of the hamlet of Setta in Framura (250 m. approximately).
From the house you can reach the Arena beach or the Vallà or the train station in 10 minutes. From Framura you can easily reach the 5 lands (three successive stops) or you can go trekking in the surrounding area.
The house consists of a living area with a single sofa bed, an open kitchen, anteroom with a washbasin unit and a bathroom with a large shower (ground floor) and a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a small bathroom on the upper floor. the house is surrounded by a large garden with dining area and relaxation area. The house is suitable for both couples and families with children.

Entspannend - kommen gerne wieder
Schönes neues Haus, ruhig, abends Glühwürmchen und keinerlei Straßenlärm. Sehr großzügige Handhabung der Zeiten für Check-In und Check-Out: Wir durften früher kommen und später fahren, was uns als Zug-Reisende sehr entlastet hat. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Waschbecken und Toiletten waren nicht gereinigt. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen!

Hübsches Häuschen, weg vom Touristenrummel
Neues Häuschen in Alleinlage im Grünen am Hang oberhalb des Meeres. Kleiner Ausschnitt ist sichtbar. Das Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht. Hübscher Sitzplatz. Wir genossen die Lage sehr. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Einchecken hat bestens geklappt. Setta ist ein hübsches Dörfchen mit kleinem Laden, Cafe, Pizzeria. Zu erreichen mit Bus, der aber nicht allzu oft vom Bahnhof hinauffährt. Wunderschöner Weg hinab zum Bahnhof. Per Zug sind die 5 terre Dörfer leicht erreichbar. Sie sind zu voll. Guter Tipp: Rund um Framura die Dörfer anschauen. Schöne Wanderwege in Panoramalage. Bonnassola ist auch hübsch und wenig Leute.

Ein zauberhaftes Häuschen
Mit diesem Häuschen entdeckten wir für uns ein kleines Paradies! Am Ende des Dorfes inmitten von Grün, hatte es alles, was wir für ein paar Tage Ruhe und Erholung brauchten. Wunderbar ist die Nähe zur Bahnstation Framura! So sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang der Küste, wie Cinque Terre, entspannt ohne Parkplatzsuche zu erreichen! Außerdem liegt das Häuschen direkt am Weg zum nahegelegenen Strand! Unsere Vermieterin Marzia war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und gab uns prima Tipps! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
