"Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again."

"The Hotel Le Donjon is one of the most unique places I've ever stayed. It was a great experience. From our room we could see the Chateau Comtal, the castle of Carcassonne. The hotel is right in the middle of La Cite Medievale, near the Aude Gate. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was great staying in the walled city. We could bring our purchases back to the room easily. The hotel also has a secured parking lot that it shares with...

Room was comfortable and practical, though the colour choice was a bit odd & the shower was small even for me, a small woman. But that could be that I had the odd room at the end of the corridor that the designer squeezed in."
