"The rooms are as pictured absolutely gorgeous views. The property is clean, quiet and has mostly professional guests. The rooftop jacuzzi is top tier and the views you get out there is incredible. They have a gym also on the top floor that’s fully equipped. Our first night we were in room 608 which was a nightmare it faces an abandoned building, just terrible. "The hotel is very nice and very well located. There are many restaurants and the staff was very friendly. I would only recommend more flexibility in the parking hours as they only let us park until check in time (3 pm) and take the car out at 12 pm. Other than that everything was great and I would stay again."

"The location is fantastic—you can easily walk anywhere in the city. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views while dining, and the complimentary breakfast, including vegetarian options, is a great bonus. Lily at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helped me book the Pacaya Volcano tour and a shuttle to Panajachel. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!"

"All in all I’m very pleased with this hotel as I just used it in transit to lake Atitlan the next day. I ranked one star lower because I was picked up in a taxi, not a shuttle as I assumed. It did give me a bit of anxiety as that wasn’t explained to me, so transparency on airport pick up would be helpful. "
