The house is a townhouse, I live in the top and loco apart from the bottom, the bottom has 3 bedrooms and one family room with bathroom, partition with door on one of the double bed and one single and in the other part two single, air cond. 42p tv, wardrobe fridge and the other bedrooms double bed and a bunk bed in one of them and the other double and single bed, dressing room with hangers in both bedrooms, tv, air cond. Large living room with TV, sofa and a double bed, a full kitchen inside the house and a bathroom for use of these two bedrooms. total seats in bed 15 counting two people in double bed plus mattress for up to 10 more people.
The house also has a recreation area with pool, barbecue, full kitchen and a bathroom, for exclusive use for guests in front of the house on the same land, surrounded by non-transparent glass, electronic gate.
The part of the house that the guests are always the same family or same group who rent are only in the house and also with the leisure area.

I provide full liner and bath towels.
The minimum value of 280 reais for low season for up to 8 people, above 8 people 35 reais per person per day and in high season that is July, December, January, February and other holidays, the rate is 350 reais for up to 10 people. , above 10 is 30 per person

Conhecer Foz do Iguacú é o sonho de muita gente. Mas conhecer Foz e ficar na casa da Dany, é ainda mais especial. Ela é uma excelente anfitriã, o imóvel é bom e a um preço acessível e tem uma localização privilegiada, seja para famílias ou grupos.

Great place, great location, outstanding manager
We had a great time. The house is clean and in a great neighborhood. The property manager, Marcia is so nice and courteous. She was always available and prompt to help with any questions or concerns. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend it.

HOSPEDAGEM DOS SONHOS,
Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer a Dani ( proprietária), minhas férias foram perfeitas e sua hospedagem teve um papel importante e diferenciado. Viajamos em 6 pessoas (4 adultos e 2 crianças 9 e 11anos), devido a viagem ser em grupo dei preferência em ficar em casa alugada , para diminuir custos com hospedagem e alimentação caso fosse ficar em hotel. Pesquisei muito e reservei com antecedência a casa da Dani, desde o início ela tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, sempre com muita atenção e mantivemos contato por WhatsApp até o dia da viagem, ao chegar me surpreendi com a casa, grande , espaçosa, ambientes muito limpos, forros de cama, toalhas, cozinha bem equipada, piscina, tudo do jeito que estava no site e ao meu ver até melhor, nos sentimos em casa, estava com minha sogra na viagem e ela e as crianças foram quem mais aproveitaram, passávamos o dia nos passeios e ao chegar no fim da tarde, tudo arrumadinho na casa, aí eles corriam pra piscina (uma delícia). Foram 10 dias maravilhosos, a cidade tem muita coisa pra visitar e conhecer, a casa fica perto de tudo, muito próximo do shopping cataratas. Quando voltar a Foz do Iguaçu com certeza me hospedarei na sua casa Dani. Obrigada pela hospitalidade !! Luciana Lima. MACEIÓ-AL

Ótima localização e segura
Ferias inesquecíveis com amigos e familiares. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e solícitos. Nos ofereceram indicações das mais variadas. A casa acomodou muito bem 5 casais com crianças. Ainda que inverno deu para aproveitar piscina e claro muito churrasco. o Espaço de churrasqueira é muito bom, espaçoso e equipado. Roupas de cama sempre trocadas além das toalhas. A proximidade do shopping é muito vantajosa pois lá tem supermercado e bancos. Nossa estada foi só diversão e usufruímos com muito conforto.

Eu me hospedei com minha família com 6 pessoas de 14 a 18 de julho 2016 e fomos muito bem recebido, eles são nota 10 são bem atenciosos, e bem melhor que hotel, o cafe da manhã e igual o melhor, eu e minha família recomendamos para as pessoas que gostam de fica juntos e bem acomodados, e se algum dia eu voltar em foz do iguaçu de novo pretendo me hospedar la, um abraço para todos da casa.

tudo de bom, começando pelo café, tudo fresquinho, bem sortido com frutas, suco puro de laranja, bairro de alto padrão, tranquilo a dona Dani proprietária mora na parte de baixo do sobrado e faz a limpeza e troca de toalhas e camas conforme necessidade, resumindo fiquei em um hotel personalizado com tudo o que um hotel 5 estrela oferece...sem falar a segurança poder sair pros passeios e saber que a casa não fica sozinha , recomendo é tudo de bom.... Naã podia deixar de avaliar seu imóvel Dani, já é a quarta vez que me hospedo ai, com minha filhas e demais parente, cada folga que temos aqui no trabalho no Rio vamos para casa de Dani em Foz pra descansar, muito bom tudo, cafe da manha de excelente qualidade, preço excelente, limpeza nota 10 e perto de tudo, lugar tranquilo, perto do shopping, parabéns querida e novembro estamos de volta... Ficamos na parte superior do sobrado, onde a Dani que e proprietaria mora na parte inferior, comodos grandes: quarto, sala, banheiro. Ela nos serviu cafe da manha todos dias. A casa fica proximo ao shopping, 15 a 20 minutos da Argentina ou Paraguai, da para ir a pe ao shopping e o bairro e de alto padrao, foi maravilhosa nossa estadia, recomendo.

Gostei muito, tudo muito limpo, bem espaçosa a casa tv com tv a cabo wi fi tudo funcionando, café da manha de primeira, a gente ficou hospedados como se estivesse em um hotel partículas, com limpeza diária, troca de toalhas e de forro de cama, a proprietária mora na parte de baixo, por conta que é um sobrado, este fato deu uma segurança para sairmos e voltar tarde, e o que a gente precisar eles ajudam com endereço informações de restaurante. Melhor hospedagem que tive até hoje, e mais pertinho de tudo da pra ir a pé no shopping
