Em dois dias de hospedagem modificamos de quarto por 4 vezes. Os motivos foram os mais diversos. O primeiro quarto não tinha condições de uso. Fizemos a mudança para outro quarto cujo colchão era maior do que a cama, o que causou desconforto. O chuveiro quase não sai água e o banheiro bastante sujo, com insetos. Solicitamos mudança de quarto, contudo este apresentou falta de água e curto circuito, o que nos obrigou a nova mudança acrescida de transtorno e insatisfação. Este hotel tem ótimo espaço físco, porém a total falta gestão leva a péssima qualidade dos serviços prestados.

Bad experience.
Only one person spoke English and he worked the very late shift some nights. Room was dark (one light bulb on one wall. Not very clean bathroom. Noisy. Breakfast was coffee, eggs, and lots and lots of breads serving a mob of people. Not a pleasant experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We killed over 10 spiders in our room. Too noisy.
The room we had at first was full of spiders. The beds are not confortable. There was a school group of people who made noise all night long for one night so we couldn't sleep. The food at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were great. The people in the reception and restaurant were great.

Good option and great service
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's near the airport and the Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was good and the service from the employees was great, specially the ones at the front desk. Every question or situation I had was answered and resolved. The room was a little old, but no problem, it was comfortable and I felt secure there. It had TV, air conditioner, refrigerator and hot water.

muito abaixo do esperado!
As condições do quarto não eram boa, tinha vazamento no teto no banheiro, não tinha a cortina de blackout e quando questionei na recepção fui informado que esta modalidade de quarto não tinha mesmo. A cama de casal era uma emenda de duas camas de solteiro e se afastavam durante a noite, ou sejam não tinha boa fixação, falamos na recepção e não tivemos retorno. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, falei duas vezes com a recepção e nada. O Cartão magnético da porta do quarto perdia a configuração a todo momento, e toda vez tinha de voltar na recepção para arrumar. O café da manhã foi péssimo, os pães estavam sempre duro, suco era de pó e não tinha opções, pois os bolos disponíveis também eram secos e sem sabor. Infelizmente, foi a parte triste do passeio.

Hotel was close to airport and Iguazu Falls but not much else. The local bus stops in front so getting to town is pretty easy. The hotel offers a buffet dinner for around $10 which is totally worth it. Dinner was delicious and different both nights we ate there. Hotel amenities don't really exist but then again we had no interest in the pool being that we were there to see the falls. Hotel is clean but rooms are pretty sparse and the tv offers maybe 4-5 channels. Staff was nice although not very informed about things to do in the area. The downtown closes early (6pm) so you're pretty much stuck at the hotel for the night unless you attend a show in town.

Ponto Positivo perto das cataratas
Não gostei do hotel , reservei casal e tinha 4 camas de solteiro , sendo que tive que juntar 2 camas, precisei de um secador e o atendente falou que poderia ficar com o mesmo 1 hora, como não ia usar quando solicitei resolvi ir buscar quando minha esposa tivesse terminado o banho , acontece que o secador tinha sido emprestado a outro hospede e nos 3 dias que fiquei no hotel ele não estava na recepção , hotel cobra para que seja usado internet, o que é um absurdo sendo que em qualquer estabelecimento comum se tem wi-fi , a água do chuveiro não esquenta direito e a porta do banheiro não fechava...de bom recomendo o café que é agradável e tem um garçom que não perguntei o nome que atende super bem.

Barulhento, instalações velhas e desconfortáveis
Fiquei hospedada por três dias, com meu filho e meu esposo. Fomos instalados no quarto n102, que fica praticamente na portaria do hotel e na frente do restaurante. O barulho era constante. Em duas noites tive que ligar para a recepção e pedir que os funcionários falassem em tom mais baixo. Sim! Além das excursões que chegavam, os funcionários faziam algazarra, um desrespeito! No quarto, as instalações eram velhas! O banheiro era nojento e precário! Pedi um secador de cabelos, me emprestaram uma geringonça toda remendada e incompatível com as tomadas do quarto. O café da manha era razoável. Não recomendo! Detestei!

Piscina coberta= ok porem não estava muito aquecida conforme esperado e pouca luz no local, quarto dependências=precisa revitalizar principalmente televisão, banheiro = ok aquecimento funciona perfeitamente, Atendimento funcionários=100%, preço diária=compatível com o serviço de hospedagem oferecido, café da manhã e restaurante=ótimo, estacionamento=precisa revitalizar com chuva há alagamentos em alguns locais e a localização (endereço)= ótima.

preiswert und einfach
Die Zimmer bzw. das Zimmer mit einem Bett und einem Tisch (leider ohne Stuhl) und einem (alten) Kühlschrank war für allein Reisende bei dem Preis absolut okay und ausreichend. Besonders wichtig war, dass die Klimaanlage ohne Probleme das Zimmer runtergekühlt hatte. Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren sehr gut und die Auswahl war groß. Leider sprechen die Angestellten nur Portugiesisch oder Spanisch und Englisch wird gar nicht verstanden. Generell liegt das Hotel günstig zwischen den Wasserfällen und der Stadt Foz do Iguacu. eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang in Blickweite macht teure Taxifahrten unnötig. Wer keinen so großen Wert auf ein luxuriöses Ambiente legt und günstig eine Unterkunft sucht, sollte dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall in Betracht ziehen. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einen Verteilerstecker mitbringen, wenn man mehr wie eine Steckdose braucht...;-)
