"The staff was very accommodating when my flight got in late, causing me to be late to the hotel to check in the hotel manager, cannot remember his name to save my life was very polite, professional and accommodating was more than happy to answer. Any questions I had related to the hotel and also to the surrounding area. Also recommended some very good places to eat 13 coins had some excellent food and was only 2 miles down the road. They had a hot tub and a pool at the hotel and it was very clean sanitary when I sat in the hot tub for about an hour, there was hotel staff cleaning the locker rooms and when I got out after I left, they were cleaning the pool decks. Definitely look forward to staying at this property again in the future. "

"Got stuck at Seattle airport. Was on orders to Korea. Next flight was in two days. Was looking for a place close by with transportation to/from airport. The his hotel was more than accommodating. Clean. Quiet. Spacious. Convenient. Shuttle tan often 24/7. Great since I was going back and forth, bags got lost so was checking baggage claim often. Shuttle very helpful for arriving at midnight to the airport. Stay was better than expected. Would definitely recommend. "

"Everyone was very nice. It was me and my granddaughter who is only 16 so that was a bit of a challenge because the hotel.is in the middle of the casino and she was not allowed on the casino floor so we were told we needed to be escorted to the check in desk and restaurant, but when no one came they finally just let us walk through to the check in desk and later to the restaurant."
