"The hotel is a quaint and very comfortable small castle that has all the charm and modern conveniences you would hope for. The staff are amazing, welcoming and informative. Breakfast was well worth it and the food is excellent. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Excellent location adjacent to the airport, reasonable value, big rooms, very modern, but inefficient staff management in the restaurant. Danielle showed us to our seat and gave us menus, then served other customers food and drink, returning to the bar past our table for 15 minutes before asking what we wanted, by which time we were gasping! Simply, she could have used any of the return journeys to the bar to ask what we’d like. She apologised, but I would suggest training is needed. "

"Excellent set-up for budget-conscious traveler. Location is in the heart of the city, convenient to shopping and transportation. Easy to explore city from there. Only suggestion is to make arrival instructions a little clearer, since there is no registration desk. Instructions say, "the lockboxes that have your room Key is to your right on the fire exit door." The lock boxes are actually on an inside wall, behind the fire door.
