Located at the mouth of the Charente, the peninsula of Fouras extends, over 4 km, its five sandy beaches, as well as its three ports, protected from heavy waves by the islands of Aix, Oléron and Ré. Welcome to Fouras at 4 rue Clemenceau Villa "Ajoupa" beach north. Near the pier of the island of Aix and the famous Fort Boyard, this house has a private entrance, as well as a parking in the park. Home consisting of: room of life, equipped and done up kitchen, 2 rooms, room of water, toilet. Garden with garden furniture. LOCATION: 200 m from the city center. 50m from the beach. EQUIPMENTS: TV in the living room. Appliances: induction hob, washing machine, microwave. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Consumption: water, electricity included in the rental price. Tourist tax: 0.85 euros per night and per person, payable locally. Bon séjour

Bon accueil et bien placé. On peut tout faire a pied. Manque de materiel pour le ménage (l’aspi n’a pas de bras correspondant). La vaisselle est juste (Achat d’une louche) et verres trop justes. Sinon ca va.Proprietaire agréable. (On a oublié nos bonnets et il nous les garde si on repasse un jour. Merci)

Logement non approprié pour une location hivernale

Chauffage d’appoint car chaudière défectueuse. 14 degrés dans la cuisine le 2 janvier nous avons quitté les lieux le 2 au matin au lieu du 5 car il faisait trop froid selon les pièces. Week-end de repos gâché. Le propriétaire n'aurait pas dû louer connaissant le problème de chauffage.

Maison spacieuse très bien située

La maison est d'époque et très spacieuse, vous ne pourrez pas être plus près de la mer. Les prestations sont conformes à l annonce de plus, par grosse chaleur ellle reste fraîche ce qui n est pas rien. L'hôte est très accueillant et fort simpatique. Nous reviendrons merci.

Tres belle maison

La maison de Frederic est confortable, belle et spacieuse. On s'y sent très bien. Les meubles sont aciens, belle hauteur, parquet, beaucoup de cachet et de charme. La plage est à quelques mètres et le centre-ville et son marché à quelques minutes de marche. Nous disposions de tout l'étage et du jardin. C était vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons sans doute.

nettoyage qui laisse à désirer (four sale,table et plan de travail collent,salle de bain et lavabo plein de calcaire jaunie) 30 euros pour frais de nettoyage était compris dans le prix à revoir?

Maison lumineuse mais rafraîchissement à prévoir

Points négatifs : - la fête foraine juste à côté et route passante qui peuvent déranger pour être dans le jardin - maison avec du charme mais qui est dans son jus et qui mériterait quelques travaux (électricité, litterie, mitigeur, portail difficile à ouvrir, pas de verou dans les toilettes) - baignade compliquée (possibilité de se baigner qu'à marée haute l'eau partant très loin avec impossibilité de rejoindre la mer compte tenu de la vase) Point positif : - bonne localisation pour aller dans le centre à pied - vue mer sympa et maison lumineuse avec beaucoup de baies vitrées

Grande maison familiale

Nous sommes arrivés dans une grande maison, à 5 minutes à pieds des plages et du centre-ville. Le jardin est agréable car ombragé. Un petit bémol sur la proximité de la fête foraine et d’une avenue plutôt passante

Agréable

Maison agréable avec en plus la plage juste à côté. Situation de la location au calme. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous avons pu découvrir ce côté de la Charente maritime que nous ne connaissions pas. Nombreuses activités a faire autour. Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir accueilli.

Une location avec un goût de reviens-y !

Villa de vacances très agréable et typique de Fouras. Les pièces sont très spacieuses. Le jardin est sympa et arboré avec un barbecue. Située à 2 pas de tout, plage, commerces, fête foraine... Son propriétaire est très attachant, accessible et arrangeant. Nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs et n'hésiterons à revenir. Merci Frédéric pour votre accueil. La semaine est passée trop vite même pour vous 😉

Des travaux à faire

De quoi faire une maison magnifique : situé à 50 m de la plage nord , de l'espace tout ce qu'il faut pour réussir une location de rêve MAIS : maison vétuste : lavabo de cuisine plus que vieillot , ménage déplorable (les coins et les dessous de meubles n'ont pas vu le balai depuis longtemps) , que dire finitions de peinture non nettoyées sur les vitres ou les scotchs de protection non retirés , que dire des couettes fournies... plutôt sales avec des traces suspectes (nous avons dû en laver une en arrivant , heureusement les enfants avaient leur propre couverture), les oreillers du placard sentant au mieux le renfermé (nous en avons racheté sur place !!!), la pseudo salle de jeu où je ne laisserai pas trainer les enfants (jeux cradots...) , le pseudo jardin.... en friche où on ne peut pas s'installer à 4 (1 banc 2places et une chaise), des assiettes et autres bols ébréchés hérités des grands parents comme le reste , impossible d'avoir 4 verres identiques.... En cas de besoin, j'ai ds photos en preuve de tout mes dires. bref, les vacances se sont bien passées car il a fait beau et nous avons pu profiter de la plage. avec du goût, un relooking et beaucoup de soin, il y a de quoi faire une splendide maison de vac. mais là, y'a du travail à faire !!!
