"I had a very nice stay at your motel. The staff was supportive and efficient. The room was clean and adequate. The water had to be shut off the morning of Oct 22. I was not notified ahead of time of this outage, or even after it started. Fortunately, I had finished my shower just a few minutes earlier. Keep yourself customers informed, please. "

"This place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and he looked at me and said why. I handed him over the napkin with the bed bugs in it and he told me a manager would call. I never received a call back.
