"I cannot say enough about how terrible this place was. They front office lay was really loud and kept having a conversation with the other lady instead of just checking us in and then… The first room had a smashed up TV. the second room they gave us, the key wouldn’t work two times and then it smelled like an ashtray. And finally, the third room they gave us wasn’t ready and they rushed to get out of it and didn’t properly clean everything. The sink and mirror were not clean and the floors...

"This place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and he looked at me and said why. I handed him over the napkin with the bed bugs in it and he told me a manager would call. I never received a call back. Called them for 3 days and they kept giving me the run around and told me the main manager was not there but would call me. Never...

Did not like that there were no curtains on the windows, was not comfortable with just the black blinds. Did not like the sparse supplies, it was more like a hotel room. Would be nice to have basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Also did not like that that there was no basic cable, had to use our own streaming service off...
