So convenient to any excursion, and the cute little town of Manitou nestled within the mountains can be viewed directly from the wonderful balcony on this historic carriage house. We stayed on the East side of the property for this trip and it did not disappoint! We were welcomed with a nice note and lovely bottle of wine! The hosts are very accommodating, and we highly recommend this property!"

"We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well. "
