The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. "The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks.
