Ground floor apartment classified 2 * 100 meters from the sea

Rental 100 meters from the sea, quiet and in the heart of the town of Beg-Meil (rental from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.).

Apartment of 30 m², completely renovated in June 2016, which includes:

- Fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge);
- Shower room with shower, sink and WC;
- Main living room of 20 m² with two beds (folding bed + sofa bed, 140 cm). Small round garden table + 2 chairs.

Possibility to rent adult bikes (attractive price depending on duration of use with deposit 150 € / bike).
Optional cleaning fee: 50 euros.
Towel and / or bed linen rental optional: 12 euros / person (package stay).
The 2019 tourist tax for 2 * tourist accommodation is € 0.77 per person per night. Abritel directly collects this tourist tax.
Exemption for minors under 18 years of age.

Nous venons d y passer une semaine. Nous avons tout adoré. Notre hôte nous a trop bien accueilli ! Il a même pris un peu de son temps pour nous montrer les environs. Le logement est très bien placé , au calme, tout en étant dans le centre ville. Propreté irréprochable, et logement très fonctionnel et très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pieds ! Découverte de Beg Meil et ses nombreuses petites criques. Que du bonheur ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Philippe et Nathalie

Location idéalement située au cœur du village mais au calme, parfaitement aménagée et équipée, d'une remarquable propreté. Extérieur restreint mais acceptable au vu de la proximité des plages et du GR (Plages à 100m accessibles à pied). Entièrement satisfait de cet hébergement.

Situation idéale au calme et aussi à 2 pas des plages, de la cale, des commerces et des restaurants

petite maison très sympa !
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison qui est fonctionnel et très propre. A deux pas des commerces et de la plage . Beg-Meil et ses alentours sont magnifiques ! Un pied à terre idéal proche de tout
Trés joli studio avec beaucoup de qualité. Décoration actuelle et chaleureuse. Petite copropriété fermée par une grille. Petite terrasse avec accés direct à la voiture.( trés appréciable : Beg Meil est saturé l'été). Vous serez à 2 pas des trés jolis plages et de la cale pour accés aux bateaux. voisinage calme et courtois. Les propriétaires sont hyper acceuillants et très sérieux. Une trés bonne adresse au coeur d'un joli spot breton. Beau littoral, Quimper, accés à Concarneau en bateau....adresse à signaler à toute personne ayant un probléme de marche ou fatiguée car tout est de plein pied.... donc c'est reposant. Et aussi avec de jeunes enfants car absence de marches.

Appartement totalement conforme à l’annonce, tres lumineux, tres propre. Idéalement situé : à 100 m de la mer et « Aux pieds » des commerces tout en étant isolé du bruit et du passage. Un vrai plus d’avoir le petit espace/jardinet exterieur bien exposé permettant les repas dehors et un vrai confort de pouvoir se garer dans la propriété.
