"One of a kind property in a beautiful location. The layout was super well suited for our group, with lots of spaces to relax and enjoy each other's time. The host is great - very responsive and kind, with all the amenities you need/expect. Would love to stay at this property again. Thank you so much!"

"We had an exceptional time! I stayed here with my husband, my college best friend and her husband. This place was open and airy with breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Palisades. Quaint cottage with all the amenities. We had everything we needed. To be honest all we needed was a glass of wine and four seats to sit on the deck and take in the view and relax. This is definitely a place I will remember and hope to make it back to."

"This was a family reunion with family from the Bay Area and from the UK. We have stayed at this property before, and we were pleased with the upgrades to the kitchen area. Our stay was magical. The privacy in the extensive grounds, the beautiful pool and well-appointed house set the scene for a great visit. Minor problems with the pool and hot water were attended to immediately by the property management team. We are recommending Estrella to friends who are looking for a similar arrangement"

"Had a peaceful and chill birthday weekend at the house. We never left it. It was the perfect setting with lots to do - cooking, hanging out, watching a movie, and swimming. We were a group of ten friends with a dog and a baby. Hosts were super fast in communicating. No issues. "

Pool House living space, a wonderful gathering area

"Nice space for a big group. We spent most of our time in the farm house because that is where the majority of the group slept. Pool house is very nice and spacious."

This oasis has over an acre of flat land for playing! Bocce court, pool table, outdoor dining, bar and grill pavilion, and a gas-heated pool and spa.

"Nice roomy house close to San Francisco. Easy weekend getaway . Swimming pool was a comfortable temperature and the hot tub heated up fast . The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. "

"Beautiful property, excellent host and easy check-in, check-out and communications. Wasn't clear until we arrived that the spa was off limits. Could have been a bit cleaner and provided a little better bath amenities. However, well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor living spaces-we were able to put together a great meal to enjoy all of the wine we bought throughout the day. We would stay again and hope to enjoy a full wine tasting at the property on our next trip out."

"We loved our 2-night stay. We especially loved that each person in our group had their own bedroom (and bathroom). The house is beautifully designed with comfortable beds and couches. The living/dining room has gorgeous massive ceilings. We also loved the huge dining table for meals/games, etc. The aesthetic throughout the house was right up the alley of our group. "We stayed here with another couple, and it was a great choice. It is located in downtown Calistoga right in the middle of stores, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. We choose one of the cottages out by the pool, and were not disappointed. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. We did have our own outdoor patio and hot tub. We were served coffee at our room in the morning, plus a few pastries. Check-in was fast, and the staff was always friendly. From the outside, the hotel looks a bit rustic and older, however the inside is pretty modern. There are 2 bars on either side of the lobby that are separated. The back outdoor area is very large with a nice heated pool, and hot tub. Plenty of seating around the area. And off to the side there is a small outdoor theatre. We will be back!"
