"I would highly suggest the river view rooms. It was so nice! The hotel room was spacious and my wife loved the couch with reading nook detail. Staff was very professional and welcoming. We loved the stay and would return. The parking garage is nearby not to far walk to the hotel. "

"Hotel is cute. Very clean and quiet. In retrospect I wish we had kept our reservation at the AC in uptown. But reserving through hotels.com meant we couldn’t change hotels. City Mills is somewhat out of the way and requires a drive to get to uptown. I would have preferred being able to walk out of the hotel and head to restaurants, etc. But that’s our fault. Must order room service by 11 each day, so we couldn’t have the room cleaned one of the days and I hate coming back to a messy room with...

"The staff person upon arrival was so sweet and helpful. I had surgery that day and couldn't walk and needed a wheelchair. The receptionist provided me with one and also helped me and my mother upstairs to our room with our luggage. The receptionist that came on after her was not so accommodating. We needed another blanket and extra pillow and she informed that we would have to come down to the receptionist desk to get it. I had to tell her that I couldn't walk and my mother was elderly. She...
