We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "Nice hotel with great facilities within a beautifull setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is overpriced though. Even in Jericoacoara, which is known for being expensive; one can find a hotel with similar standard with a better rate. I also thought it was rather unusual to charge for the coffee capsules in the room. The high point is that it is really next to the sea. "
