The hotel is brand new, the staff is amazing and the location is spectacular! We had a service dog and the process was a breeze. We strongly recommend!

I loved the staff … but that’s all. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but I would not stay here again. The rooms are really small. I could not walk around the room unless my husband was shoved into the bathroom. It’s tiny!!!! I felt very unsafe walking to the beach or around. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the “feirinha” market place. Even during the day it was not safe. Not a good location at all. I left one day earlier than planned because of the location and amenities of the hotel. The restaurant is not open on Monday or Tuesday and the breakfast had very limited options. The pool is also very tiny. There are only 2 tables for us to sit by the pool. Hotel has nothing else. I recommend to stay beach front, which is closer to the market place. Oh, Elizangela (our house keeper) took great care of us and she was wonderful!!!

9/10 - Hotel tem tudo para ser um 10, não fosse um detalhe super importante. O Tintto é um hotel excelente, com uma boa estrutura e arquitetura muito bonita. Os quartos tem um tamanho normal, com frigobar, cofre e demais amenities da categoria do hotel. O banheiro possui um chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã gostoso e variado, com opções a la carte de omeletes, tapiocas e waffles. Piscina muito bonita e com boa temperatura da água, se dividindo entre uma piscina normal e uma menor com hidromassagem. De pontos de melhoria, podemos citar: Ausência de estacionamento: Para mim não foi empecilho pois não estava com carro, mas entendo que para aqueles que precisam de estacionamento, é um ponto crítico, uma vez que as ruas no entorno do hotel não transmitem segurança para deixar um carro durante a madrugada. Para mim o ponto crítico é o barulho da vizinhança. Próximo ao hotel existe uma casa de eventos chamada jamRock. Caso você esteja hospedado em quartos com numeração par e esteja hospedado em dia que tenha evento lá, você tem a única opção de dormir após as 2h da manha, pois o barulho dentro do quarto é impossível dormir. Solicitamos a troca do quarto para um de numeração ímpar, o que foi realizado prontamente e abafou totalmente os ruídos da festa, porém fica-se ouvindo o barulho dos carros na avenida (mas suportável). O Hotel precisa investir em soluções acústicas, como janelas anti-ruido, pois senão pode ter problemas sérios para retenção de clientes.

Conforto e comodidade com ótimo café da manhã.
Estadia bastante prazeroso, com ótimo café da manhã e quarto confortável. Ducha gostosa para um bom banho após um dia de praia e passeio por Fortaleza. Apenas um ponto de melhoria seria ver uma forma de reduzir o barulho que vem da avenida, pois para quem tem sono mais leve isso dá uma incomodada (janelas anti-ruídos talvez).

Excelente opção na Praia de Iracema.
O hotel é novo e com excelente serviço e custo - benefício em Fortaleza/CE. De todas as nossas experiências em hotéis de Fortaleza/CE, certamente foi uma das melhores. Ótimo atendimento e café da manhã muito bom. Ponto negativo apenas para a localização, pois a região da Praia de Iracema está em processo de revitalização, mas ainda com aspecto abandonado. Não transparece muita segurança para caminhar próximo do hotel à noite, por exemplo.

Decepcionada. Foi um hotel de passagem. Ficamos apenas 1 dia, pois no outro dia fomos pra Jeri. Meu esposo esqueceu seu casaco, o hotel em nenhum momento entrou em contato. Meu esposo entrou em contato com hotel no nosso último de viagem quando se deu conta. Resumindo, como ele ligou a noite no hotel pediram pra ligar de dia. Ele ligou de dia, falaram que não estava lá, mas meu esposo bateu o pé falando que deixou pendurado no armário, ai falaram que estava lá. Por fim, se tivesse quebrado algo, com toda certeza eles entrariam em contato conosco… Achei péssima atitude pra um local que lida com turista diariamente.

Estávamos voltando de uma viagem de mais de 9 horas. Chegando lá descobrimos que não tinha estacionamento, poderiam fazer uma parceria com estacionamentos próximos para ter o que oferecer aos hóspedes, também não aceitaram passaporte como documento, precisamos passar os CPFs demorou uns 30 minutos para fazer o check in. Deveria ter uma integração entre o hotéis.com e os hotéis para que quando o hóspede chegar somente conferir os dados e entrar no quarto. Por outro lado o rapaz que ajudou a levar as malas foi muito atencioso e também era o mesmo que atendia no restaurante. O hotel é bem limpo chuveiro e camas muito boas também. Poderia ter uma coberta em cada cama, tinha somente lençol, pra quem gosta de dormir com ar condicionado pode fazer falta. Café da manhã bom, mas demorou um pouco para servir pois o pessoal do hotel estava tomando café também. Acredito que seja um opção para quem tenha mais tempo, esteja sem carro e sem filhos também. Como queríamos somente passar a noite queríamos somente descansar. Na hora da janta também havia uma Golden retriver, muito bonito e dócil, porém veio “pedir” comida na mesa, até que o dono chamou e não retornou mais. Adoramos cachorros mas alguns locais fica um pouco inconveniente o cachorro. De manhã também não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas e na hora do check out não haviam passado a conta do restaurante da noite anterior. Pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença na velocidade na hora da saída em entrada poderiam ser melhorados.
