My son and I stayed at Sonata for 10 days Dec 2024 / Jan 2025. We will certainly go back! What a lovely experience! The room was nice, staff and services were great! Totally recommend :)

Hotel is super nice and clean. Staff is polite and ready to help. Location is awesome, beach is literally across the street. Restaurant has a lot of options and breakfast is just the best I've ever seen in a restaurant.

No pool access

Extremely disappointed that they did not inform me at all that the swimming pool area would be closed during all of my stay. They did not offer any compensation for this lack of service, I still had to pay the full price. On top of this There was constant renovation noise and the noise insulation of the rooms is inexistent. The room fridge smelled bad, as if someone had peed in it.

Sehr kleines Bad. Zu wenig Haken um Kleider Jacken aufzuhängen. Wenig Ablage Möglichkeit. Hotel sehr hellhörig! Klimaanlage sehr leise. Lage gut, aber insgesamt zu laut. Frühstück gut. Mitarbeiter freundlich, insbesondere Ivana die Hotelmanagerin. Leider keine Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Ótimo hotel

Ótimo atendimento, muito boa limpeza, a cama é muito confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo. Tem estacionamento e consegui parar nele todos os dias. Tem bons restaurantes perto, é um pouco mais longe da feirinha. O café da manhã é muito bom, a tapioca é ótima.

Ótima estadia! Equipe atenciosa, em especial a funcionária Ariel, super simpática e prestativa. Em relação ao quarto as camas são confortáveis, porém a tv fica a desejar, difícil fazer a sintonia. O chuveiro é excelente. Ótimo Café da manhã, com bastante variedades.

Bom hotel, mas pode melhorar

Hotel bem localizado com quarto confortável e bom café da manhã. No entanto, a limpeza e arrumação do quarto tem horário restrito, saímos do quarto no período da tarde e nos foi informado que naquele horário não tinham mais como arrumar o quarto. Além disso, apenas um atendente na recepção, o que torna o atendimento bastante demorado.
