Ótima localização na orla bem frente à praia! Mas chegamos terça feira e quarta manhã café manhã péssimo so p nos! Mamão estragado!! Pouquíssimo opção para servir café ! O mamão Cheirando mal! Tivemos pedir troca! Sem limpeza mesas, estavam sujas! Sem forros mesas! Pouquíssima opção para café manhã! Funcionário excelente atendimento mas falta condições paractrabalho! Sabemos pandemia baixa muito utilização mas cuidado com café manha numa sala pequena e muita gente no domingo nossa última estadia (3a/domingo) deveriam colocar mesas fora onde tem espaços e mesas lado piscinas!

A Pousada Solarium teria várias razões para oferecer uma experiência gratificante aos seus hóspedes, visto que se situa diante da praia, possuir uma ótima piscina e boas acomodações. Entretanto não é o que acontece na prática. Seus funcionários são completamente despreparados, não sabem lidar com o público, não têm conhecimento do que se pergunta, fazem barulho em horários impróprios (o que é um absurdo!), não cumprem as regras de prevenção à COVID-19 (durante minha estadia só vi uma funcionária da copa de máscara!) e não têm qualquer iniciativa para resolver um problema que porventura venha a surgir, por mais simples que seja. Há que se rever posturas, treinamento e, inclusive, o básico de educação por parte dos colaboradores. Não dá pra pensar em voltar num lugar onde reina amadorismo e falta profissionalismo!
