As a hotel that accomodate foreigners/ tourists from abroad, the staff should be able to speak " ENGLiSH" the international language. At least basic english.

The staff ways went out of their way to please. The restaurant ceiling could use some repairs but the food was always excellent. The linens could be replaced and wash cloths could be supplied. But overall this was a great experience.

This is a great location or the beach but there isn't a lot to do in Fortaleza. As with many hotels in Brazil, the room need updating and modernization.

O atendimento da recepção e demais funcionários é bom. São funcionários educados e atenciosos. Com relação a limpeza, deixa a desejar, pois apenas limparam o quarto e trocaram roupas de cama após a nossa solicitação e já no fim do segundo dia de hospedagem. A piscina estava suja. Caso esteja viajando de carro, espere para ter estresse. Quando reservamos a hospedagem o site informa que consta estacionamento, e quando você chega no hotel dizem que o estacionamento é rotativo, e não há vagas. Ou seja, querem que você dê um jeito de coloca o carro na rua, sendo que é proibido estacionar além do perigo de deixar carro na rua. Nos recusamos a deixar o carro fora e cobramos por nosso direito de estacionamento em razão de terem vendido com essa condição e em razão disso, todo dia era um estresse na recepção.
