Pet Policy:
Pets are welcomed, with the first pet staying free of charge. Each additional pet will incur a fee of $75. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home.
This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
We want every guest to feel relaxed and at home in this space. We kindly ask that you treat this space with the same respect that you would treat a close friend's home.
1. If the security devices disconnect/cover up your rental agreement will be terminated, and you will have to leave the property immediately.
2. Smoking is not permitted in our property whatsoever. Please smoke out back and dispose of your smoke waste (cigarette butt). Smoking in the property will result in a $500 Fine
3. Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours.
Noise Violations: 1st Complaint = Warning, 2nd Complaint = $150 Fine,
3rd Complaint = Termination
4. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay.
5. We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture.
Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75
6. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
7. If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself
8. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.
9. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour
10. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.
