The Space:
If you are looking at other properties and the listing does not include the City of Fort Worth hotel tax, you may be stranded without lodging when you arrive. The hotel tax in Fort Worth totals 17% (6% State of Texas, 9% City of Fort Worth and 2% Forth Worth Convention Center). If you are looking at a listing with only 6% Texas tax, your lodging will likely not be available when you arrive as it may be shutdown by Fort Worth. Enforcement action on illegal STRs has begun by Fort Worth.

Experience luxury and comfort at NorthPost Properties' spacious two-bedroom/two-bath apartment in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our properties are newly furnished and professionally cleaned and maintained by our dedicated team to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our living room features a comfortable love seat and two wingback chairs, all in easy-to-clean leather, and a 65" Roku TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee/tea station, cookware, and a Brita water filter pitcher for your convenience.

There is great coffee across the corner at Summer Moon. Good beer & food at the Bearded Lady. There are two breweries north on Bryan Ave, which is one block east of Main, that are good. Also on Bryan Ave is a good breakfast place. There is a brewery next door, Rahr & Sons but we have never been there for some reason. Tinies on Main is a great Spanish food restaurant. A tad spendy. We've had some great tacos at Buena Vida north on Main St. If you like cider there is Locus Cider south on Main St. There is a fun place called Game Theory which has a bunch of different card and board games to play. Food there is good. The best pizza is over on Magnolia Ave called Cane Rosso. It's about a two-minute drive. Enjoy!

We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, which is why we provide king beds with memory foam mattresses and high-quality linens. Each bedroom also features a 50" Roku TV for your viewing pleasure.

POOL - Please know the pool is lovely but we do not control access to the pool nor the maintenance schedule. The pool is usually available but we have no control over the maintenance or if it will be closed. It is closed on Mondays for cleaning. If access to a pool is essential for your stay, please select a different property as we cannot guaranty access to the pool.

Our apartment also includes an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. With easy access to the city and all its attractions, this is the perfect home base for your trip. Don't wait, book now with NorthPost Properties and experience the best in luxury and comfort.

Please note the outside areas, such as the patio or decks, are subject to weather conditions. They are tidied every turn but wind and rain can soil the areas prior to your arrival. We do our best to keep our outdoor areas clean but please forgive us any derby or dust that may accumulate.

Please no parties as this is a reason to terminate the reservation and please no glitter or confetti. Both are an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access through secure doors to the apartment complex. After reservations are made, prior to your arrival you will receive self check-in instructions which includes door codes. There is secure parking accessible with a remote fob that is waiting for your arrival in the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
We have checked out many great places that are a little walk or very short drive. This is what Paper City has to say about this great neighborhood:

Places to shop, eat and play are settling in, and this now-thriving district is quickly becoming a Fort Worth hotspot.

It’s imperative to get properly caffeinated for the day, so start your day off at Summer Moon Coffee. The coffee is perfect. They use organic coffee that is then roaster with a wood fire.

A must-have lunch is Funky Picnic Brewery & Cafe, a brewery and cafe started by friends Samantha Glenn, Collin Zreet, Jenni Henley and John Koch. Funky Picnic brews a total of six beers in-house, but also offers a few Fort Worth brewery mainstays. The menu of artisanal sandwiches sets this brewpub apart from the rest. Try the “Throw Your Hands in the Heir-loom,” with beer bacon jam, heirloom tomatoes and melted smoky cheddar cheese.

Another equally worthy lunch option is Black Cat Pizza. This gourmet pizzeria is the brainchild of chef and owner Jaime Fernandez. What began as a late night pop-up in 2018 has evolved into a full menu with pizza, sandwiches, salads, craft beer (are you sensing a theme?) and wine.

For some afternoon libations, stop by HopFusion Ale Works where creativity is at the heart of everything they do. Founders, Macy Moore and Matt Hill, are passionate and firmly believe that craft brew is an experience, not just a beer. It’s about community and friends. Open 7-days-a-week and offering live music, trivia, karaoke and beer-to-go! Our custom-built and award-winning taproom offers a unique experience for parties or just hanging with friends on the patio.

Another great stop is Locust Cider and Brewing Co. Located in a colorful corner building, the taproom uses apples sourced from the Pacific Northwest and also boasts locations in Washington and Colorado.
The result is easy-to-drink, light and gluten-free beers in a multitude of flavors. Year-round, you can try the Original Dry or Dark Cherry. However, you also have a bevy of seasonal flavors to choose from.

Or try Rahr & Sons for their amazingly inspired beers and unique vibe.

For dinner, Four Sisters – Taste of Vietnam never disappoints. Founder Tuan Pham conceptualized the Vietnamese restaurant to introduce the people of Fort Worth to the recipes he grew up with. The menu features recipes handed down from generations past with unique twists. Begin the meal with one of the craft cocktails named after one of the four sisters. Next, treat yourself to the stir-fried lobster. Coming soon — a specialized regional coffee menu.

If you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, Gypsy Scoops can cater to all of your ice cream cravings. Gypsy Scoops got its start as a mobile ice cream truck, but has since opened two locations in Fort Worth, the second of which is on South Main Street. Owner Julie Markley is mixing up the classics, including Dreamsicle and Mexican vanilla. The ice cream parlor also has some old school confection favorites such as Charleston Chews, Pop Rocks and taffy.

If you find yourself wanting a craft brew or a midnight snack, run over to The Bearded Lady. Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant and bar boasts an extensive beer menu and specialty sandwiches and burgers. The burger of the week is an always-satisfying late-night option.

Another hot spot is Nickel City with their dive bar vide and food cart that makes the best sliders for those late night munchies.

If impeccable food and drink don’t draw you into the South Main Street area, the shopping will. Morgan Mercantile is a Fort Worth–centric store owned by Kala and Chance Morgan that sells classic clothing for men, women and babies. Not only can you find the perfectly crafted T-shirt, you can also discover some unique accessories and various home goods.

In the 4eleven building, you can find Winton & Waits. On a mission to create a store that spurred positive change in the world, founder Jenna Lee collects items that have a story and created a partnership with nonprofit organizations on a local and global level. Not only does everything purchased go to a noble cause, but the shop carries clothing, handbags, jewelry, home accessories, bath products, candles and stationery.

Further south down the South Main Street, you can find WED Bridal Boutique. This full-service bridal boutique carries some of the top designers in bridal fashion. Irene DiVincenzo, visionary behind WED, prides herself on helping brides find their dream dress.

Tinie’s Mexican Rotisserie will serve family-style upscale Mexican cuisine, brought to you by restauranteur Sarah Castillo. Castillo also owns Taco Heads. Tinie's is an intimate and hyper-local environment with great cocktails and a rooftop bar.

Tarantula Tiki Lounge on South Main Street is also on the “must experience” list.

Very Dissapointed
The pictures of the property did not show the dark hallways with water all over the floors they had to walk through to get to the unit. When we got there at 3 o’clock, our check in time the doors were not unlocked and we had to call for the door to work. Inside the property is very clean. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs unit throughout the day and evening. We were woken up at 3 AM with people outside our apartment singing. We only stayed one night and made arrangements to stay elsewhere. We communicated with the owner about the situation, hoping that he might refund us a portion of our payment. We were told no that other people in the building didn’t have the same complaints as us.

Excellent property management and communication, great location
Great location walkable to several cute restaurants. My sister and I brought our daughters (ages 7 and 9) for Spring Break and this was a perfect place to stay. We could either walk or take a short Lyft ride to any of our target destinations. What really made this property stand out, though, was the communication with the management. During our stay we reached out to make a special request, and Walt was extremely accommodating and very responsive, which made a big difference to us and our trip. This property also includes a washer and dryer and a few detergent pods, which made transitioning home easier because we went home with clean clothes instead of a suitcase full of dirty ones. We would quickly book this location again when/if we return to Forth Worth!

This was perfect for two couples. Loved the availability of washer and dryer in the unit, though ended up not needing it. Instructions were clear. Beds were extremely comfortable. Giant closets were awesome for keeping clothes and luggage out of site. Overall great stay!

Comfortable beds
Overall, a decent place to stay. We were 4 adults between 55 and 62 in relatively good shape. Getting into the property initially was a little difficult. We had quite a bit of luggage and a distance to carry it. Once we got in and settled it was fine. Beds were comfortable.

Two thumbs up!!
Bottle House is a really neat complex and Walt was wonderful to work with. We were in town for a dance competition and he was very accommodating to an unexpected schedule change. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance and the condo was much better than a hotel for a week stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay close to TCU
We really enjoyed our stay and the host was easy to communicate with as well. The condo was spotless and the 2 king beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The condo has 2 large bedrooms and each one has a private bathroom. Appreciated the monitor/keyboard so that I could work during the trip, and the internet speed was excellent. We were too busy to enjoy the pool or rec room, but both appeared lovely. The condo was quiet and we appreciated having a patio to sit outside as well. The people in this complex were all very nice, lots of young families, students, professionals. Parking was ample and we felt the neighborhood was safe. We stayed here because we needed to be close to TCU for a scheduled event during the week and it was only a 10-15 min drive from the condo. There is a Kroger grocery store by the University and it is close to a medical center as well as pharmacies. Appreciated having the washer/dryer in our unit which is something we needed during the week. There is central air conditioning and fans in all the rooms. Overall a pleasant stay and I am sure we will be back again.
