The lobby was nice. However the property and the rooms need an upgrade. Cracks in the bathroom tile, hardware missing on cabinets, the hardware on the inside of the elevator was hanging off, toilet was not working. No utensils in the kitchenette. I was relocated to another room due to the broken toilet, and it was double booked. Someone came later that night stating that they had the keys to the room and her keys worked to let her in. I’m just glad that I was there otherwise I don’t know what would have possibly happened to my belongings if a “stranger” was allowed access to the same room. I stayed at other Homewood Suites that were emaculate. However, this location in Fort Worth has put a bad taste in my mouth. Moving forward I will do my homework before booking.

First of all breakfast was great! 5 stars there for sure. Management good also. Front desk worker was buried in her phone every day we went past. There was a time getting breakfast where she said good morning, I thought to me, but went past me because there was a person waiting at front desk and she was smoking outside. Room smelled of marijuana and had a lot of room for improvement in cleanliness. Elevator had a juice container for two days so this is obviously not checked. The area is a drug central around it but was not bothered by anyone, just not safe. Had I looked into this prior I would not have stayed here but did. Or know the area. By far worst Hilton I’ve stayed at.

This is the hotel that i have been in the people at the desk was so kind and friendly. Everything was was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. I will make sure that we stay again.

Really good hotel but I will say I stayed on the 6th floor and my boyfriend went down to get blankets for our kids and they told him they will bring them up, but never came up to give them so we had to give the kids our blanket. Other than that it was perfect!

Very nice hotel, it should be more secured!! Several kids let us know they weren’t staying there, but were utilizing the pool & basketball count…one even stole my steak out the lobby 😂😂😂 i mean that’s okay! But definitely need to be more secured for paying individuals

Overall it was a good stay for the price. It for sure needs some cosmetic improvements. Lights were hanging out of the wall and the water pressure was not good. Carpets in the room were square stick together patches that were coming up. It was very warm in the halls and only 1 elevator worked. The beds are nice and comfortable plenty of sleeping area for our group of 5.. Staff were very friendly.

AWFUL!
At 10:22pm, the gentleman from the front desk attempted to gain access to my room. He would have been able to get in if the latch was not secured. When I opened the door, he was down the hall and told me "I'm the guy from the front desk". No apology or explanation was given. Bathtub faucet ran all night- could not shut off. No back to remote so I had to push the batteries in to use the remote. Pool area was trashed after party last night.
