Six suites total—two for business, four for living—and you’ve got one of the upstairs four. Private, hushed, yours. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where Fort Worth’s best tables wait to pour you a drink.

The other three units? Up for grabs on Vrbo. Book ‘em with friends, colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. Six suites mean no chaos, just calm. Sure, a siren might hum through the Medical District now and then—proof you’re in the thick of it, without the noise of being lost in it.

The condo is better than advertised. You will be a few minutes walk or drive from restaurants. Full-size washer and dryer, fridge, etc. Very comfortable. The owner/property manager is extremely helpful and responsive. I also stayed in a different unit in this same building. There are four units. No one above you and offices below, so quiet and peaceful.

I would definitely stay here again. The property was comfortable and clean. The apartment is within a 3 mile radius of anything that you would want to do in Fort Worth. Parking was easy.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Location was prime for the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. Super clean, comfortable bed, well stocked and very accessible. Great value but not at all poor quality! Will DEFINITELY be booking again! One of our favorite areas to visit!

Beautiful Place to Relax
Ended up staying here for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition and it was nice because its close to the convention center. About a mile ish walk away. The place was decorated beautifully and it was very cozy! Loved the kitchen and how much space it had. It was just what we needed. Will stay here again!
