False advertising
The property listed queen beds. There are two full bed and one twin. Other than that, the property was clean and sufficient.

Unfortunately let down
The property had everything that you would need for a stay, with a host who was good at communicating when issues arose and was good enough to reset the wifi and do there best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible but was let down by a couple of things. 1. The AC - during our stay it was very hot with most days up around 110 degrees. We stayed in the property expecting AC to work but it did not with most nights averaging well over 90 degrees made the place almost impossible to stay in. The AC said it was working but clearly it wasn't. 2. Cleanliness of the property - upon arriving the toilet was filled to the brim with toilet paper and paper towel, which I had to fish out myself to prevent clogging the toilet. The room also always smelt like smoke, the property is advertised as non-smoking and I am sure the owner is doing their best to enforce these rules, but the entire place smells like smoke. The location is in a good spot and communication with the owner is very good. It is unfortunate that the issues raised above had a big effect on the stay but they were hard to overlook.

Had a bad experience ac unit wasn’t working it was 95 in the the home they had to accommodate me with a hotel for 2 nights out of my stay and I had to pay two nights out of my pocket at a hotel after I already had booked my stay

Festival stay
This property is very convenient for events happening around Panther Island, Pavilion, it was clean, spacious and had a dishwasher and washer and dryer with soap for both of them. Great for groups of friends that want to go out and about later at night. It did smell a little bit like smoke when we first got there but it went away, after the first few hours once we got the AC and fans going. The host is very easy to contact and replies decently quick.

Cozy hidden gem
My wife and I rented the property to visit my mother in law. The check-in process was seemless and smooth (all necessary information was sent via Vrbo chat). The property was clean, well kept, and well stocked (toiletries, etc.) not to mention there is a walmart aupercenter right behind the property. All in all we felt at home during our stay, the only down side to the prop is that there is only 1 bathroom. Central location, within minutes of everything, I would definitely rent again,

What to say?
Well, let me begin by saying that inside the house, it was very clean. The linens, smelled fresh. Since I was with my adult kids and one grandchild, I enjoyed myself for sure. That had everything to do with the company and not the place. We were 6 people…the number this home listed as capacity. The number of beds listed was in no way accurate. Before I begin, the beds were comfortable. The listing said one room with a queen sized bed and one twin. The other said two queen beds. In fact there were in bedroom 1, one full (not queen) The other had one full and one twin. There was NO toilet paper. Unless you count the last two squares glued to the cardboard tube. There were two threadbare towels on the towel rack…for 5 people to share for a week. They smelled clean. There were no bedside lamps. As an older person, when the lights are out, I can’t see, so turning the lights out then making the way to bed a little treacherous. At the end of our stay, my daughter used the washer. When she opened the dryer, there were towels in it. Ragged edged with one having a hole large enough to fit a head through. As I mentioned before, the place was clean (minus a few suspicious spots on the sofa) It would greatly improved by the yard being mowed and a little paint. In the end, I chose this property for price and location. Both were good. The owner replied to my question regarding the WiFi access, with: it’s in the packet I sent you. However, I never received a packet.

Convenient to downtown Ft.Worth
The place was ok for the price. The kitchen was short on necessities. Not enough silverware for the 4 of us during our stay. We had to wash after each meal. There were only 2 pots for cooking. No mixing bowls and no blender. So if you are planning on cooking slim pickings as far as the kitchen. We needed a large pot for pasta. The towels were very old, thin and stained. There were only 4 pillows. The blinds in Master bedroom were missing slats so no privacy. There are only full size beds. It would have been nice to have at least 1 queen bed in one of the rooms for comfort. If these things were fixed this would be great place to stay. The yard was not mowed and the trash dumpster out front was completely full. It just did not seem to be well kept. I tried to message host online but it would not send message.

Trash all over when we got there dirty rags in bathroom, ac unit made a horrible noise woke everyone up multiple times a night texted owner about everything no apology for the dirtiness or being woken up multiple times a night just worried how a table got broke that was already broke when we got there also mentioned we cleaned up the trash that was everywhere when we got there didn’t receive a thank you just “hope you enjoyed your stay” after I explained how we didn’t
