This updated home is conveniently located 6 minutes from Parkview Hospital, 14 minutes from the Purdue and Ivy Tech campuses, and 16 minutes from downtown. Keep the kids (or yourself!) busy with board games and Roku TV. Or, have family fun playing a game of cornhole in the spacious back yard! Pine Valley Country Club is close by if you like to golf.
