Rivers House is situated in a quiet cul de sac in a safe and clean neighborhood just minutes from
I-69 and the cities downtown attractions. Everything you need is close, including fine dining, entertainment, shopping, hospitals, groceries and most anything else you could be looking for. Our home is pet friendly but also spotlessly cleaned before each guest. Decorated in neutral tones that make this home warm and inviting. Kitchen is equipped just like home as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a pack and play, high chair, baby monitors and other child friendly options upon request which makes for traveling a whole lot easier to pack for if traveling with children.
As an out of town guest we provide nearly everything you need to minimize packing and maximize your enjoyment of your stay.

Great place to stay
The house was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. We had a very nice stay and will definitely stay here again when we return to Fort Wayne.

We loved staying at the Rivers House. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, so there was no loud traffic. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at this property and will stay here again when we come back to Ft. Wayne.

Amazing Quaint Property
Amazing Quaint Property, nestled in quiet neighborhood close to everything. This Host puts her heart into the decoration and amenities. Everything clean and very easy to located anything you may need (i.e. iron, wifi password or extra throw blankets. ) This property was a delight to stay at for an extended weekend. I would highly recommend this Host and Property.

Such a cute property!
This property was super nice and in an adorable area. Being able to have our pup was a plus, and we enjoyed walking her in the neighborhood. There are lots of conveniences nearby and it’s an easy drive to get on Highway 69. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Because I spaced an important detail, I made a last minute request of the host that she would’ve been totally fair to decline, and she was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!

WE enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in a VERY NICE, WELL-MAINTAINED NEIGHBORHOOD. It was easy to find and plenty of resturants,grocery stores as well as other shopping. th The property was VERY clean and we felt like we were at home ? It is located close to the freeway yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet , My daughter and two grandchildren wanted to experience the place that I was born and our family roots are from and this property made that a pleasure trip Thank You Tina for a wonderful time for making us comfortable !!!

Our recent experience at the Rivers House was absolutely perfect in every way possible. Our youngest son was getting married at the Paddock and since we reside in Bluffton, we wanted something convenient for all of the festivities. The location is perfect and so is the quiet neighborhood. Tina was an exceptional host and this sweet house had everything and then some that anyone could ever need. I could have stayed for months.......it was that quaint and perfect. And, getting to bring our little furry companion along was just another added bonus. I plan to rent this house again for a girls' weekend with my mom and daughters. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, Tina.

Amazing house in a quiet neighborhood at the end of court. Very open living area. Everything we needed to cook meals and a big table to eat and play games at. Plenty of comfortable seating in living room also. Easy to have a good nights rest in master with the sleep number mattress! 2 full bathrooms was a plus as well. Big years wasn’t fenced but nice not being close to neighbors. Definitely would stay again if in the area

I really enjoy staying here. This trip I kept extending my stay. I had to leave for 3 days since it was already booked, so my sister and I took a side trip and then came back. The location is great and it was so nice to get up and take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood. I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back.

Hidden Gem in Fort Wayne
Ideal setting for our girls getaways. House is clean, bright, roomy and beautifully decorated. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Tina, the host is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We’re already booked for our next trip to this area.

Top Notch VRBO
In the last three years, I have stayed at 15+ VRBOs. This house was by far the best one yet. The kitchen is well stocked. The linens are nice and plentiful. There are games for families to play. And the best part…the loving room furniture was comfortable! So many VRBO houses have super uncomfortable furniture. We will definitely book this property again.

Home away from home
I come to Fort Wayne once a year and for the past couple of years I have stayed at Rivers House. I am able to bring my small dog with me so I don't have to board him. Tina goes out of her way to accomodate your needs including extending your time there a couple more weeks than I originally planned on! Fortunately, I was there during Hurricane Milton instead of in the path of the hurricane at my home in Florida. I will be back again next year and I will just schedule to stay for a month instead of rebooking my stay every week. Tina, thank you for everything!

Cozy ranch in quiet neighborhood
This is a great property! I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The property owner was very responsive and informative. This house is in a great location as well. Close to shopping, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. I will definitely rebook in the future if staying in Fort Wayne.
