CELESTE, THE OVERNIGHT STAFF IS A REAL LIFE ROCKSTAR AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE. I stayed for 2.5 days, came out from Washington, and needed a little extra care. She went above and beyond. She is an asset to the organization. Pay her more. Whatever she is getting paid, she deserves a bump. Come on... It's the Holidays. Do the right thing and give an amazing staff a little more financial compensation!

The beds are to high. I am 5’ 3” in height. If it hadn’t been for the telephone stand between the beds, it would have been impossible for me to get in bed. I put my foot against the stand so I could push myself up and back to get in bed. I left a day early for that reason. Cost me $120. You need step stools.

I was driving and became tired around midnight so decided to stop in and book a room. I booked online while pulling into the parking lot. Because it was after midnight, the booking went to the following day and I did not realize it. When I went into the hotel they did not have my reservation and I realized the error. They did not have any rooms for the night and refused to refund me when I had booked 10 minutes prior.

Wonderful stay! We are travelling to Ohio and this was hust a stopover. Wanted a swimming pool and it waa nust prefect! Breakfast was great with so many healthy and even not so heathy but all delicious choices!😉

Nice hotel….some beds, not so nice.
We stayed two nights at this hotel that weren’t booked at the same time, so we had 2 different rooms. The hotel was great for the price range. It was clean, quiet, & the staff was great. The first room was one of the 2 room suites. The bed in that room was absolutely amazing! We both woke up rested & feeling like a million bucks. The bed in the second room, however, was terrible! I know bed comfort is often based on personal preference, but if we would have had that bed the first night, we probably would not have booked again. Was pretty great otherwise. :)
