This 3 bed apartment in the McCulloch Mansion sits just down the street from Promenade Park, the Landing, and all the fun downtown! The Hugh McCulloch House is a historic home built in 1843 and it features a projecting front portico supported by four Doric order columns. It was built by U.S. statesman and United States Secretary of the Treasury Hugh McCulloch (1808-1895), and remained in the family until 1887. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
This is the McCulloch mansion, a 12,000 sq ft property that has 5 apartments total. We love how much downtown Fort Wayne has grown and love the combination of the new attractions with the history of this mansion property built in 1843.
Upon booking, you will need to sign the rental agreement and schedule a $250 security deposit, and then you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the property with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-in times! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!

This property is just down the street from Promenade Park and the Landing so you will have walking access to all of downtown Fort Wayne! It is just minutes from Headwaters Park, The Grand Wayne Center, and Fort Wayne Outfitters (kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals). Downtown Barr Street has a farmers market every Saturday during the warmer months too!
Everything downtown is within walking distance, otherwise VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to! There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Uber/Lyft are also great options as well.

- NO pets of any kind shall be permitted at any time.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your reservation, please reach out to us. The rental rate is for 8 people max. If you exceed the max number of guests you will forfeit your damage deposit if applicable or you will be charged $100 per day for each extra guest.
- Quiet Time is enforced 10 pm - 6 am
- Check-in time is 4 pm or after and Check-out it 11 am.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises, $1000 fine for any violation. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You may smoke outside but all cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of. You will lose your deposit and/or be charged for professional cleaning service if evidence of smoke or cigarette butts are found once you check out.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind.
- Management shall not be liable for damage to renter's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
