"I choose this hotel based on its location, very conveniently located a short walk from Dupont Circle metro station. The room itself was large, with a comfortable bed & a spacious bathroom. They had a nice little cafeteria in the lobby, which sold muffins & coffee. Very convenient to get to DC & back. "

"Small room, by design, but very well laid-out and attractive, with red accents. Eveything you need, just in a small space. Friendly staff, buzzy lobby, good coffee at breakfast, but could use some more plant-based and healthy options on the menu. Location is kind of odd (not much around at street level), but is actually close to several metro stops. Would stay again. "

"Amazing staff accommodation bath, bathroom exceptional. I would recommend for all my family and friends. Very close to leffant station. We took the train in terminal 2 of Ronald Reagan airport. In less than 20 min we were at the hotel. Highly recommend! "

"The view was great to the Pentagon and to the town,Room was quite but they forgot to clean room when we requested at 1 pm on our second day & when we back to our room it was not pleasured to see not cleaned even, I called and asked them for cleaning. Another thing, they did not answer the phones as it was only one person in the front desk, and they have been busy with in person customer."

"I've stayed at the Gaylord a number of times over the last 10 years. Service has always been excellent, staff always ready to help. This time around I needed room service more than ever, it was super fast and the staff was very patient with repeat calls. If I had to advise anyone anything, if you have sensitive breathing issues: Bring a humidifier. Particularly, if you intend on staying for more than a couple days. Maybe its because I've gotten older, but the rooms are very very dry. *This may just be a personal issue, the state of the room was perfect otherwise!"

"They were doing repairs on the revolving entry doors and one of the side doors, so that was a minor irritation. But the hotel is great overall!"
