◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

✔ The primary guest is responsible for communicating the house rules to all additional guests.
✔ The primary guest is also accountable for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges incurred.
✔ Guests are liable for any charges related to damages during their stay or for extra cleaning if necessary afterward.
✔ Unregistered guests are not permitted in the unit or on the property without prior permission from the host.
✔ Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and excessive noise that disturbs neighbors will not be tolerated.
✔ Please be mindful of the noise level as there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on the property. Tampering with or removing this system will result in a $200 fee and immediate eviction from the unit.
✔ Smoking of any kind, including tobacco or cannabis, is not allowed inside the home. The use of recreational drugs on the premises is also strictly prohibited, with a $500 penalty for non-compliance.
✔ Setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not permitted.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture to maintain the integrity of the space.
✔ Pet Friendly Property (Add'l $95 fee)
