All of our listings are cleaned the guests care in mind and to Covid-19 protocols. Our laundry is cleaned at a local laundry facility so fresh bedding is used after every checkout.

Walk to beaches all shops nice restaurants and places of interest on Okaloosa island. Short drive to downtown to bases and grocery stores.

If you are a guest that has the wrong intentions or someone who attempts to get over on hosts we want to assure you that we insulate ourselves from these types of guests and you’ll be very hard pressed to get a support ambassador to side with you. Time stamped photos are taken after every clean and uploaded into our software. We only use fresh and clean laundry. We use quality cleaning products and on any home I manage where there’s textured tile we use a spin mop to ensure anything and everything is clean and swiffers are used on polished floors. If you have any issues we suggest contacting our number so we can assist.
If upon arrival you have any sort of issue please call our phone . Issues can arise and its important that you give us the opportunity to fix any issues prior to contacting support.
Our home is self check in please look at self check in and follow instructions. Nobody will be there to help you at check in. If you’re new to the platform I highly suggest going to self check in and screen shotting the process. We do not offer 24/7 live support and request you prepare prior to arrival.
Check in is 4 pm $50 early check in fee if you want to come prior to 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. Late check out fee is $50
DO NOT put anything in our toilets other than toilet paper. If a plumber is dispatched and finds anything that clogs the system you'll be paying the bill.
Any guests more than 2 per room is 50 per night extra per person
The owner of the home has severe pet allergies and poses a significant health risk to them. Any Pets require a 200 cleaning fee which is non refundable and must be paid prior to booking. We don’t allow dogs larger than 20 lbs unless the guest wants to pay a non refundable pet cleaning fee of $250. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests can’t leave dog at the residence with out being kenneled. Pets are a health risk in shared spaces so this is non negotiable. If your pet damages anything more than the deposit you’ll pay for any damages. Guests who have pets must leave a credit card on file upon booking for any charges.
As far as hvac goes guests are allowed to utilize the hvac system within reason and must communicate with me by text to make adjustments.
We provide two rolls of toilet paper and two towels per room and one roll of paper towels anything after that is the guests responsibility.
Kitchen rules
YOU MUST wash all dishes in the kitchen and put It away prior to checkout or pay a mandatory $50 cleaning fee.
If you leave any excessive trash in your room they’ll be a $50 extra cleaning fee. Please respect our space and clean up all items before check out.
If you smoke anything in our home you will pay a $300 fine.

(There are times where the guest staying at the space previous to you checking in, has created some sort of damage and we are forced to patch walls and paint on the Fly, and there might be some cosmetic inconsistencies if those sort of circumstances arrive they are not violations of cleaning protocols And will not qualify for a refund and rebook. It is important. You understand by reading this disclaimer that if there is some sort of cosmetic issues with your listing that you understand there are some bad people out there and we have to have this ready for you by 4 PM and we do the best we can to make sure that that is done.)

I am a very reasonable person, and always want to create the best experience for my guests. As you know, things can’t happen sometimes and we always want to make those things, right. So make sure you understand we are inviting you into one of our spaces and if something is not what you want it to be we can definitely fix that for you. We just need to be notified and if given the opportunity to fix that issue we want to make sure that we both Understand that getting good reviews is how we feed our family and make future guests happy.
