Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Place was ok could be better. Bench access is great and very close. Chairs and umbrella included are nice. Cable on living room was pulled from the box and I’m assuming from the previous renters but I fixed easily. Did have some ants wanting to come around the kitchen sink.

Unit 2M was prefect!
The room had a ceiling fan that was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The pool was cool and that is something we arent use to. Typically it is warm. There are only 10 steps to pick your cart up to male it to the beach. Major plus for us. The singing cleaning lady made my day with her singing. Overall we will definitely stay at Island Echos again. Love everything about the condo.

Great Stay!
This is a great place for vacation right on the beach! Perfect for our family of three and we enjoyed the proximity to the Gulfarium and ofcourse the Beach Service. Kim is a great host and the place had everything to make our stay comfortable like blabkets,beach towels,kitchen utensils etc. Great management. We will visit again someday,hopefully! Thank you Kim!

We downloaded the app and rented last minute after a very disappointing arrival at a destination I booked on another site. My wife and kids were delighted at the cleanliness and upkeep. It was like a different world from what they thought I had surprised them with. Totally bailed me out! And it was an even better price!

was very good clean , was surprized no condoments and patio furniture was to low to see over railing and would of liked furnishings to be alittle more beachy.... but over all would stay again....
