This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, vacation rental include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and the primary bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms have vanities, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The bedrooms have a TV and DVD players.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Good pace to stay. Short walk to the beach. Check in was easy. We had an issue with our number to get in and they were quick to answer and fix the problem. Could have been a bit cleaner but im a professional cleaner and picky. We had a great time!

Good setup, kinda loud above pool
Good location and beach. Unit is 4 floors directly above the pool, so it’s a bit loud on the patio during the day w screaming kids below. Also, no beach towels which was a bit surprising and inconvenient. Umbrella service was great and handy.

Great girls trip
Good-Location was great. Place was clean and decorated very nice. Elevators were fast Quiet for sleeping Only down sides for us- beach service was not really helpful when they put you right on top of other people. We used it the first day and after being surrounded by smoking and rowdy kids decided to forgo the chairs and set up our own tent down the beach some. There is barely room to walk between umbrellas and when they are up. It’s also first come first serve so don’t think you will have a spot if you don’t get out there and reserve one. Also would be nice to have some beach things. Chairs, toys, towels. Just a recommendation from other condos we stayed at. Was a very nice plus to them. I guess we got spoiled.

I’ve always loved our trips to the beach unfortunately the stay at this unit was not the best. The refrigerator leaked water the whole stay. It seemed like possibly from the hookup at the back of it but we could not tell. We spent most our time washing towel to absorb all the water so we didn’t fall on the floor. The front door had issues staying latched so we had to use the laundry door as a wedge to keep it from opening by itself. The bathroom water faucet dropped water nonstop and lastly the beds were very uncomfortable!! All these things were reported to Vacasa and I never heard anything back from the staff. The best things about the unit was the view (why I gave 2 stars). Normally we are all sad to leave Florida but after our stay here we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Nice long weekend!
Mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils. The location of the condo is wonderful and has a great view! The back bedroom is a little warm, but there is a provided box fan. The condo was very clean! We did not have any ice when we arrived so plan accordingly. There is an ice machine that you can pay to use down on the first floor. The water was hot and water pressure was great in the bathrooms. We would stay here again!

The Majestic Condo & Beach !
You just cannot beat this Condo , pletty of room , beautifully decorated and furniture is very comfortable & Practical, especially the King Bed Mattress , slept better than at home. Kitchen &Dinning area big and then the views from the oceanfront balcony are just Spectacular !!! I will use 5j again , actually cannot wait to be back , nice pool too !!!

Great Place to Stay!
The room is spacious, allowing two couples to have their own space with two very large long beds. Everything is clean and the two free beach chairs were a blessing. I would definitely book this property again.

Right on the beach, roomy.
This was a great location. Perfect view of the beach/ocean, nicer, comfortable furniture on the balcony. It was very spacious with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was a nice sized dining area and separate kitchen. Bath towels, couple of chairs, beach canopy in the unit which was nice. Pretty well stocked, but bring a cookie sheet and coffee filters if you need them. Everything else including small sizes of soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods were there for you. This unit was right above the pool which could be a positive or a negative, depending on your tastes. Also very clean! I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This place was amazing! Our stay was very good and we apprecIated how much this place felt like home. Upon calling the Vacasa team they called daily to check on our stay which felt good. The fridge and dish washer were leaking on and off. Like others have commented, The mattress on the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. At the very least get a mattress topper, there is a noticeable dip in the center of the bed. We ended up sleeping on the sofas the last night of our stay to preserve our backs. The sofas are very comfortable.
