Check-in time is strictly at 4 PM, and no exceptions will be made at this time.

To ensure a hassle-free experience, we kindly request that you return the beach chairs in the same condition after your check-out. ➜ Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

➜ Please avoid moving furniture.

➜ A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.

The property owners and management do not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur.
