This gorgeous, newly remodeled, 760 sq. ft 2nd-floor smaller complex condo is perfect for small families and couple's getaways.

This bright, open living space has all the coastal vibes you've been dreaming of for your breezy island vacation. Unwind to the sights and sounds of the beautiful blue waters and grassy dunes from the private balcony!
The lovely bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached full bathroom. There is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2).
Enjoy preparing any meal in the upgraded & fully equipped kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the free beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can also swim in our lovely swimming pool!

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.

Breathtaking views and close to everything
I would have given a 5 overall however there were limited lounger, chairs and tables in the pool area and the master bed was so hard my husband could barely walk after the first night. I would definitely rent this unit again, but would check into a bed topper or something as the bed situation is a bummer.

Nice family get away
This place was super easy. Small and quaint. Stayed with a family of 4. Such a short walk to beach and beautiful waters. The setup was really great for the unit giving a nice eat in spot with still allowing room to move around. Great pizza place with pool and bar right next door. My only complaints was the parking if you have a large vehicle and it seemed to be really loud at night and was not sure if that was elevator, air conditioning units kicking on or just people but woke me up most nights.

Fun stay right on beach
Check-in/out was easy and straightforward. The property was clean and modern with an excellent view of the gulf. There's a little pizza place directly next door that makes great pizza as well as some local seafood joints a quarter mile down the road or so. I would recommend this property!

Great Vacation
We enjoyed our stay and were happy to be so close to the beach. The place was comfortable and well equipped for all we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves. A neat treat was watching the fireworks as every Wednesday night during the summer they launch them off the pier. You can see them from the balcony. Thank you again!

***Building under repair/construction ***
When we arrived there was no parking spaces because the construction workers and matetials were in those spaces. The exterior of the building was under repair. We were awaken every morning from construction noise. On Sat we were fortunate enough to wake up to the noise much louder. Why? Because the scaffolding had now been set up on the master bedroom side and looked out to see men right out side. Yep...oops! Lol Once the construction guys left we pulled our car up. Big mistake! The hood of my car is damaged from something apparently falling on it. Assume it was a bar from the scaffolding. The car was not moved our entire stay. So im positive the damaged occured on site. When i reached out to the rental company they responded with, "the information regarding the construction is in the listing." "No" its not!

Perfect Beach Vacation
This condo was perfect for my husband, two kids, and mother. We all had plenty of room. The condo was clean, bright, and well maintained inside. They are doing some work on the outside of the building, but that didn't affect our stay. We loved the access to the beach and all the nearby places to eat. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is a in a 9 unit condo with an unheated pool on the beach. It is furnished with builder grade cabinets that are showing some wear, but was sufficient in appliances/dishes. We liked the quiet, less populated beach. The building is showing its age, but there was some construction being done.

Great getaway
This was our first stay in Okaloosa & our first beach trip in December! Both exceeded expectations! We typically visit Cape San Blas in the Spring/Fall & decided to try something different for a quick weekend getaway for my Birthday. This condo unit didn’t disappoint! It is neatly decorated & has all the amenities you could want. There is a very comfy king size bed & new washer/dryer in the bathroom which has a tub/shower. The views of the ocean are beautiful! To the left is the Okaloosa Island Pier & sunrise and to the right is the most spectacular sunsets! We visited Stewby’s Shanty & The Shack for dinners and they were both amazing! We also visited Topsail Hill State Park and did some hiking on the morning it was so foggy. That was a great outing & my highlight of the trip!

Exactly like the pictures, not crowded, regular texts received regarding check-out or info regarding the construction that was being done and parking notifications. The only thing that caused the 4 stars on the check-in is that I reached out electronically saying I arrived sooner than anticipated and asked if we might could get in the room sooner (2pm instead of 4pm), and I didn't get a response. The code didn't work early either. We were still able to park and go sit in the sand until 4:00 so no complaint about that. I am not mad about it, but a mom traveling with two 5-yr-olds would've loved that little accommodation assuming the room was ready already. Definitely not a deal-breaker but did want to explain the 4 stars. This place was adorable and I loved the decor. I have never stayed in a condo complex of this size, but we loved it. If the pool would've been heated, it couldn't have been more perfect--a little too chilly for the boys to enjoy. They didn't even stay in for 10 mins! Having 2 chairs and umbrella at no extra charge was a nice perk as well. Would definitely recommend AND would stay again! LOVED it!

Very clean and updated condo. The usb port hubs were a nice addition. There is no cable/satellite provided, so be prepared to stream if you like to watch tv.

Older building
Our stay would have been great with the exception of the older building issues. The condo itself had up to date decor. The only things that were not cleaned was the dryer, full of sand, and some stained towels and sheets. Unfortunately, our AC was out for most of one day but through the whole stay a couple of lights within condo were out and the surrounding pool lights. Also, the elevator was out for three days including the last day when we had to take all the luggage and supplies down the steps and the kitchen was leaking causing the floor to stay wet when using.

Fantastic condo and excellent hosts!
We absolutely loved our short stay at this condo. The hosts are amazing and extremely communicative. The condo was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has an excellent view of the bay. For those of you sensitive to fragrances (like me) it was lovely to stay at a fragrance-free place! The weather was cold and windy, so we didn't try out the lazy river, but we loved the heated pool and hot tubs. We were pleased that the resort is more family-oriented and it wasn't full of loud partiers. We were there over spring break.
